Rug quality and customer service are absolutely outstanding at the Rug Gallery. We entered the store for the first time only expecting to window shop and hopefully get a feel for the quality of rugs - but we were so impressed with the product and experience that we left with two beautiful rugs for our new home. The thickness and softness of the rugs were exactly what I was looking for everywhere else! I can tell these Rug Gallery rugs will be a wonderful addition to our home for many years.

This gallery has the most beautiful couches, rugs and home ornaments that you will not find anywhere in Columbus. If you are looking for a great piece of furniture with a beautiful design at a reasonable price this is the place to go. The staff is super nice and very helpful. They have my highest recommendation.

I will never look for a rug online again. My husband and I went to The Rug Gallery and came home with the perfect rug for our room. Mr. Mohamed patiently went through rug after rug with us, advising us along the way about what would work best for our area concerning colors, quality and durability. We finally settled on a rug that had just been reduced the day before although many of the rugs we could have chosen were more expensive. No pressure from Mr. Mohamed. I will always make The Rug Gallery my first stop for replacing our rugs in the future. We are completely satisfied customers.

The Rug Gallery is the best! I went in just to look, but I ended up buying a beautiful Persian rug for my living room. The quality is amazing - it's thick, soft, and feels so luxurious. The staff was super helpful and made the whole process easy. This rug has completely transformed my space, and I know it will last for years. Went to Rug Gallery looking for a large Persian Rug. They has a large selection of BEAUTIFUL AND HIGH QUALITY RUGS. One of the best in Columbus, and they were on sale!! Customer service was great and the owner even put the rugs in the car for us. 10/10 experience

One of the best selections of area rugs in the Dublin area. Lots of styles and quality levels to choose from, and they will order a size if it is not in-stock. Very reasonable prices for machine-woven rugs when compared to on-line retailers like Wayfair. Plus you get to see and feel quality. Very helpful staff.
