Royal Fish, Shrimp, & Chicken

Great place for some good food/fish and shrimp. Pretty quick service and always hot. A definitely must try if you want some good food..

The food is right! Seasoning on point and service decent. Prices are pretty good as well. I love this place.

Service is horrible the young man that took my money was as rude as anyone could be he talked to another person behind the counter for 6min until he acknowledged me and my co worker. I proceeded to let him know we would pay separately but he wasn't even listening and rang them up together then had a attitude that he hadn't heard me after this overly long transition my fries were cold, I brought them back in he snatched the box left for ten minutes didn't say a word then handed me the box out the window without one single word or thank you or apology... You come set up shop in our neighborhood we patronize you and you treat US like you giving us something for free...it's horrible I will never patronize your business again and will let EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE.....TREAT AFRICAN AMERICANS LIKE YOU WANT TO BE TREATED!!!!!!!# WE ALL HAVE THE SAME BLOOD

Gotten food here a few times over the past 2 years. Places like this you always suspect there's a possible rodent problems but you HOPE it's not factual. Whelp....if the roach trap in the corner wasn't enough when I walked in last week , the grandfather of all roaches came to greet me as I waited on my food. After my greeting, I politely asked the guy who's there usually working the window for a refund. He asked why, I replied "I just seen something out here I shouldn't have seen"He didn't ask ANY questions or seemed concerned. He said "Oh, ok" with the most unbothered face and gave me my money back eventually. Which means he's fully aware and it's clearly the least of his issues. This place used to be really good. However, they have gone way downhill. They are super slow at getting your order completed. The wings are super tiny now and the food lacks flavor now. The customer service is horrible, it's like they have teenagers running the place now. I won't be back.

They do a very nice fried Perch sandwich here. One piece of fish on a soft fresh hoagie roll with tartar sauce, lettuce, tomato, onions, and pepper rings. I bought some potato chips to go with it. Great lunch!

I ordered a fish sandwich and it was not very good. It seemed to have gyro sauce instead of tartar sauce. The person working the window was not very friendly.

I called to ask questions about the menu and location and to try to place an order. someone answered and hung up immediately. I assumed it was a glitchy phone so I called in a total of 8 times trying to place an order and they literally hung up on me all 8 times. They would answer each time and hang up on purpose. Their customer service was so terrible that I will never order from them. A good company that wants to last has great customer service and a part of having a business is answering the phone. These are basic things any company should have and they don't value the customer Or their business. I don't recommend them. It's not worth the headache. Go somewhere else that can simply answer your questions.

The guy taking my order seemed like he didn't want to even be there. Barely spoke to me and the customer in front of me l. Maybe he was having a bad day but idk. I got she catfish an shrimp combo. The fish and shrimp were good the fries were awful. No seasoning and soggy. This was my first time eating here so I'll give it another try.
