Online buyers beware...What I saw online was not what I got. While the bag was authentic, it was not unused. Here's what I suspect (and I say "suspect" because customer service never explained): the bag was on display in the store for a prolonged period of time and suffered sun damage. Was there any indication of discoloration in the product description? Nope. It's actually appalling, the damage is so bad. Like over $350-for-a-redye bad.Thankfully, even though the item was final sale, customer service did rectify the situation with a full refund.I'm so sad though...that behno bag is sold out everywhere. I hope Rowe reexamines how they handle delicate merchandise like suede so that the quality isn't compromised. I would've expected higher standards from an upscale boutique.

Fun boutique with light colored clothes! It's small and a bit tight to walk in here. They've got candles, bottles, jewelry, clothes, cards, and other fun feminine stuff.Prices are elevated here but I'm sure it's quality and unique.I'd come again! The staff greeted us and were fashionable to look at.

This store is super cute and chic. The staff is very friendly! They have some great deals and it's a perfect place to stop by after getting ice cream at Jenni's.

Maren is my cousin so I may be biased but I LOVE visiting Rowe, even when she's not there! It's so welcoming, the girls are so helpful and I never feel pressure to purchase. They genuinely just want to make me feel confident and beautiful. Love love love!

Rowe is awesome. I wish I could afford to actually buy things there. Ha.But seriously, the store is chic. The clothes are well made. Maren, the owner, is so friendly, young, professional, and very passionate about clothing, which really impresses me.Rowe caters mostly to women, but they have a bit of menswear too. All the pieces have great color, texture, and shape. You'll find a mix of sculptured pieces and kind of drapings, a grab bag of tailored pieces with oversized smocks. I'm loving it. Maren is the perfect representative of the store. She wears what she sells. Rowe is basically an extension of her closet. The jewelry is very cute too. A bunch of oversized stuff that's a bit costumey. The shop dogs are adorable. If nothing else, pick up a candle there. You can afford that. They're white and all soy. They smell just like Rowe, which smells amazing.Tip: Sign up for the mailing list. You'll get fashion tips and sale advisories.

This little store had a lot of west coast couture packed into its quarters. My favorite items are the hoodies, dresses, and boots. I absolutely love that they carry Hunter boots. My standby knee length functional yet fashionable Aldo's of 4 years have seen their last winter and I am waiting for this place to have a sale.Which surprisingly enough they have often. I work a block south so I have the advantage of watching the prices drops on all my favorites. My last score included a basic black hoodie with patches and a grey graphic on front and a pearl butterfly hair pin that also doubles as necklace. I got both for a little under 60 bucks.Watch Rowe and your wardrobe will grow.

Loooove Rowe. It's my go to for gifts and my own wardrobe staples! Myth busters: There is a huge price range here. This past holiday I bought a $20 pair of earrings for a friend, $40 scarf for the sitter, $65 sweater for mom and received a $200 jacket :) you can spend a lot or a little here. My favorite perk is that it all comes wrapped up in the nicest retail wrapping I have ever experienced! Really great customer service too.

We ended up Rowe after a snafu with our wedding clothes (UPS Store put our label on the wrong box and we had minutes to spare before expected at the wedding). Our 9 year old daughter (a Junior Bridesmaid) needed something black and long, which is sort of an impossible task. The two salespeople there were amazing. The one found a dress that amazingly worked. All it needed was a belt. She was about to go across the street to her apartment to get one for us to borrow when the other salesperson had the idea to use the black gift ribbon. It worked out great. They also gave us pins to use, to do some homegrown altering. This was a really stressful situation. We must have appeared crazed, looking for something for her to wear but the women at the store were amazing (and calm!). Many thanks to them. (Also, the dress we got was on sale, so that was great too!). Thank you, Rowe!!!

I am a New Albany resident who raises Assistance Dogs for Canine Companions for Independence. I first visited my friends at Jacob Neal Home where where we were greeted warmly and my service dog in training was brought a bowl of fresh, cool water. We then walk to Rowe and when I entered the shop was looked upon as if I had a leper with me and treated very coldly as I browsed the racks. The clothing collecting is interesting, trendy and not expensive (other than a few items) so its def a good call if you are in the Short North. I'm not happy with my experience and the gal working there might have asked me about my service dog in training with his cape and calm demeanor instead of ignoring me as if I had a communicable disease. Just saying! You can do better shop keeps!!!!

Great if you want to be racially profiled and followed around the store like a criminal...My first visit to Columbus, I am from Beverly Hills and was meeting my boyfriend's family for the first time. He has raged about Rowe because his friend- Maren is the owner. I always was skeptical about his affinity towards the store because I am spoiled in LA. I see Mother jeans and get excited...until a horribly rude blonde woman literally came up from behind me while I'm looking at bras and asks if she can hold it up front. First off, where have you been? I was standing waiting for someone to ask if they had smaller size in a particular Mother's jeans. Secondly, no. I'm looking at bras- not even holding one in my hand. Never ever have I experienced anything like that. To say she was rude and awful doesn't quite describe it. My boyfriend was parking the car. Rather than be rude back, I patiently waited for him. I met him outside and explained what happened. He was appalled. Evidentially Maren is a wonderful woman from NYC who saw that Columbus needed some better fashion available, and boy do they! My boyfriend is white. When he walked in with me- we got a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT RECEPTION. Although she did stay in the back room and yelled to talk to us while we were in the front asking some questions about a local skin care oil. This woman is awful, and she has completely ruined any hope of me spending money here. I would say a word to Maren- please don't let your employees belittle or be rude to customers. I prefer Big Drop NYC and Planet Blue anyways. But to say I am bummed is correct. I would like to shop there but I'm not going to support a business that racially profiles people and belittles women. For a progressive store I feel like I went back in time.Never thought I'd experience "The Pretty Woman" moment...big mistake. Just because you're a high end store does not mean you sacrifice dignity and respect. She looked at me as though I couldn't afford anything and when I reached for my phone she so obviously visually scanned the inside of my Louis Vuitton bag for stolen merchandise. It was pretty awful. Great store. Horrible employee who almost ruined my shopping experience in Columbus.
