Had to wait 30 minutes on 2 coffees. It was 3 PM on a Wednesday. There were less than a handful of customers in the restaurant. 2 baristas working. I had to go ask where was my coffee-- I was told My order was "wiped off the screen". We were offered "one pastry" but we are gluten free. 30 minutes is a long time to wait. This will be our last visit here. We make a point to stop every single time we come through Chillicothe and have gone out of our way to stop, but this is unacceptable. We should have been given a refund at least. We've been a loyal customer since 2021, and have recommended this place to everyone but no more. There are plenty of other coffee places that appreciate customers and don't lose their orders -- and if they do, they make it right.

I almost made the SB mistake and I'm so glad I didn't!This place is super clean, super well organized, and has some of the best vibes I've felt in a while!The staff is very friendly and not the typical chain snobby/frantic to keep their drive thru times in line style. The coffee is amazing! I had the Goldie Hawn and it's one of my favorite specialty coffee drinks ever. So good! The sandwich was very tasty and fresh. As others have mentioned, the wait is a bit long but that's because they're actually putting some effort into what's being served. It's totally worth the wait

Great environment, aesthetically engaging and taste buds happy.Might be the coolest vibe in all of Chillicothe. Coffee goodness, baked treats tremendous and relaxing environment to engage with friends, family and loved ones. Some Communtiy tables to bring many together and enjoy. Even some outdoor sitting space. Their cookies were a delight to look at but the consumption of them was exquisite. Man those cookies were good, can I have access to them all day every day? You'll love Rost and the Co-Op community style partnership this place brings, with cool little local shops down one side of the building. It's a happening spot in Chillicothe, if you are a local or driving through (like us), it's worth a stop and doesn't slow your roadtrip time down at all (everyone has to stop for coffee, right?). So skip the Starbucks or Tim Horton's or Dunkin Donuts and try this local gem. You'll love it!!

November 29, 2023We discovered this place thanks to Yelp and its stellar reviews. Upon entering, we found ample open floor space with many nomads working on their laptops. Our brunch included the following; super toast, avo toast, and peach toast, and each dish delighted us with its incredible flavors. It was a culinary delight, a true foodgasm. The coffee drinks adorned with beautiful art added to the experience. The service was prompt and excellent. Definitely on our list for a return visit when in the area.

Ambiance is a vibe. I totally love it. I didn't taste the coffee just wanted a bagel. Service was great. Bagel was so so, maybe it would be better as a sandwich. I will give it another shot.

Visiting family in Chillicothe, my first time to the area, found this gem in downtown Chillicothe . Had an Espresso and Pour over coffee. My wife had a vanilla chai latte . All very good. Super cool place. Inside is spacious. Outside has seating with a fire pit. Totally recommend!!
