Rose's

A decent selection of clothes, some snacks, etc. Not great. Not a lot of interesting snacks- many off-brand. Some decent toys for K but, jeez, not very cheap. Other odds and ends. Meh.

Good deals . Reminds me of kmart. It's a discount store. Didn't like to hear the 2 female cashier's complain about fellow employees. However covid is doing a number on everyone.

Great store for low prices and wide variety. Convenience is a plus since the North End has lost all variety stores such as the Hart's store that was previously in this location. Everything from lawn and garden, toys, clothing & housewares, food, bath and beauty... But don't expect name brand, there are some name brands but mainly off brand items

It's alright. Not a lot of people was there and felt lonely with my mom and my sisters lol we only bought chocolate and that's it. But they had really cheap clothes for $2 and up to $10!

I have really enjoyed roses since I started shopping there but yesterday I bought a mattress topper but when I opened it up I saw it was stained. I attempted to return it today and they refused stating it had been used when I had purchased it literally the night before! I will not be funding these shit stains any longer.

I went there the other day to buy something in the ad. The did not have the product and would not give me a raincheck. They told me to come back another time. Not sure I want to go to someone who will bait and switch.

Roses is a store where I often find great deals, even if those deals are surrounded by a lot of things I don't want or need. I went Christmas shopping here today and spent quite a bit of money. Although I found some very nice items for family members, I found the staff, especially my cashier, extremely rude. It seems to be common at Rose's to encounter unfriendly staff, but this visit ended my shopping visits here for good. After putting the many items I was going to purchase in my cart, I approached the register. The cashier only looked downwards the transaction and when I said "hello" she literally grunted. It seemed like a huge chore for her to scan my items and put them in bags. She acted annoyed during the whole transaction. When I was leaving she didn't say "bye or "thank you", she just walked away from the register immediately, probably to take another break. I don't know how this place stays in business. It's bad enough the store is a mess, I can live with that, but the horrible customer service is totally unacceptable. I've worked a lot of years in different businesses and I can tell you that it all comes down to bad management, or in this case, the worst management ever. From the HQ to regional and local management, I can 100% guarantee that they are a total mess. This Roses and the other two that I know of in Columbus are totally pathetic. Good riddance!

I went there for the first time today. It was so HOT in there it made it impossible to shop. Will say they had good prices on some things
