This is a little hole in the wall bar/restaurant with maybe 10 bar seats and 6 tables. The staff work their butts off. They are all very nice and attentive. Everything here is amazing. Wide selection of specialty drinks and the food options are fantastic. The espresso martini is delish. I got the wontons, pickle dusted fries, and confit wings. All of the food is 100/10. I will be dreaming about the wontons for months. The chili oil they come in is something I constantly need in my life. I heard they rotate their menu, so if you wanna try the wontons get there soon!

Loved the decor and ambience of Rosebuds. We sat at the bar and the bartender (Ana?) was very friendly and attentive. Ana's margarita was too notch. We tried the feta dip, really cheesy burger, grilled cheese and pickle dusted fries. All were amazing. Ana also let us sample Pistachio Chellini (not on the menu). Will definitely be back!

The first disappointing Josh Dalton "incubator." Described as a "bougie dive bar," I was looking forward to great drinks and elevated pub food.Drinks- FANTASTIC (as always) with solid standards and innovative new takesAtmosphere- same layout as before (Cove) with a green neon sign behind the bar, giving the whole darkened place an eerie (?creepy) green glow. Service- responsive and friendlyFood- The feta dip is an old standard and remains tasty with a good flavor. It is served with warm, fluffy pita wedges. The rest of the meal was a "swing and a miss." My wife's lemon pepper steak was overcooked and poorly seasoned; she left over most of it. My "cheesy burger" was on the smallish side, sitting in a little lake of molten cheese served on a fresh out of the oven plate." My server warned me to avoid touching it, which was ridiculous since the burger (cut in half) was sitting in the cheese lake a few millimeters above the hot plate. POORLY executed/thought out. I shouldn't have to risk 2nd degree burns to eat a burger, which was average and $15 or so--a better option twice as good and half as much right around the corner @ The Hamburger Inn. Our friend's fried baloney sandwich was left 1/2 over, and she said it was "ok." I expected more for four people, drinks, one app, and four mains @ $125 for pub food. This place could be SO much better. I hope they rethink and improve their offerings.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit here. They continue the tradition of great cocktails, and Ana's Margarita is the closest to the old 12 West margarita that I've had in years. That alone would have been worth a visit! We tried a variety of dishes - the wings, mushroom toast, cabbage casar, andouille dog, extra cheesy burger, and the soup of the day (chili).Wings were cooked well as always, though I prefer the Speck lemon/chili seasoning to traditional buffalo. The mushroom toast was impeccable, and the chili was one of the best I've ever had. The burger served on queso was a fun twist. Special mention to the fries - so often an afterthought, the fries here a perfect, with a nice pickle powder seasoning. The only dish that didn't work for us was the charred cabbage Caesar - while the dressing and other toppings were delicious, the cabbage was just too tough. We'll stick with the FANTASTIC wedge salad next time - so glad they kept that from Cove, only reason we didn't get it was to try something new.Overall, we found Rosebud's a fun experience, great to see the same staff, great drinks, and we're excited to see how often the menu switches up. Can't wait to return!

We went for dinner Saturday night. The place was packed, but we were seated fairly quickly. The service was friendly and fast. And the food is amazing! I had the wedge salad & mushroom rice soup. Fantastic. Hubs had the roasted cabbage Caesar and soup. SNL had sausage ragu, loved it. Definitely will be back. Sadly forgot to take pics.

A wonderful restaurant. Great staff and the food is really something to write about. The restaurant is pretty small with maybe 6-8 tables and 10 seats at the bar. The cheeseburger is like nothing I've ever had! It comes on a plate of melted cheese. The drinks were good and the prices were a bit steep, but absolutely worth the price. I'd highly recommend Rosebud's for a nice night out.

Fun menu, cool atmosphere, and delicious and fresh food! Service is fast and have enjoyed everything I've tried. They will up quick and wish they took reservations or were open longer days/more days. Definitely stop in and give them a try. The ambiance is especially neat at night.

This was our first visit to Rosebuds and we definitely come again! The vibe is great, good customer service and the food was amazing. We had the wings, wedge salad and the cheeseburger. Yes, the burger is over the top with cheese but, it was one of the better burgers I have ever had. The salad was delicious. Great flavor and amazing texture. For me personally the wings were the star of the show. Heat, a little sweet and an amazing crunch. So good. We cannot wait to return! So happy a place like this has opened in Delaware!!
