Rona RV

I loved my experience with Rona. I originally went to the dealership to look at the Gulf Streams, which were nice but I saw another Rv out of the corner of my eye. I noticed the freedom express with an outdoor kitchen. To be fair, I love cooking outside so that's an important feature. Upon looking at the interior of the freedom express, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the entire rv. The model I feel in love with has an enormous kitchen (in terms of rv kitchens) with counters that go on for miles. The "master" has an abundance of storage which I need and hidden storage behind the tv and even more storage in the bathroom. My salesman, Daniel, has been incredibly honest and nice. I know that's an oxymoron, but I'm serious, try Rona out for top of the line service and campers. If it wasn't for Daniel, showing me any camper I wanted, I don't know if we would have found our new camper. We got a great deal on our camper without the typical high pressure sales you find at other big name rv dealerships. New inventory arrives weekly, if not daily. Everyone at Rona goes above and beyond typical rv dealers to help current and past customers. I'm not being paid by them, just really liked our experience from the owners to the sales dept.

Rona HomesDO NOT COME AND LIVE IN THIS COMMUNITY!! The owners are going around with a chainsaw and hacking down all of the trees over 6ft tall!! Some people have had these trees for 20 years, some just moved in this year, and their yards/ flower beds look horrendous now!! I am so frustrated!! They up our rent every year, but offer NO AMENITIES, except a "tornado" shelter that we can't even utilize for activities that we want. I am so DONE with this place!!!! Please SHARE AND REPOST!!!

Beautiful homes, ugly customer service. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Get everything in writing at the closing and make sure you keep accurate records because you will need them if complications arise. Know exactly who to call if you have an issue and it might behoove you to have your own inspector once the home is in place because once you sign off on the cosmetic work you can see, what you cannot see without taking down wall panels becomes your problem no matter how much damage it does to your property. (Bathroom pipes not properly put together and bedroom flooded damaging bookshelves, books, the walls and carpeting.) It took 16 days and a call to the BBB to get Rona back out to look at our home. 16 days wherein we were not able to use that shower at all.

I think I'd give them a big fat zero if I could. we bought a 2023 camper, Gulfstream Envision. It is brand new but last year's model. It was beautiful but...when we got hit home and plugged it in we had no power. We talked to Tom, who tried to help us over the phone, but was unable, so we had to hook the camper up and take it in for service to have the inverter replaced. We then took it for a short trip to Mt Gilead, OH. None of the USB ports worked, and when we got home, a cabinet door had fallen off. we called about the USB's and had to hook up and take it back to Pataskala for service. The ports all had to be changed. When they tried to retract the slide it wouldn't come in. That happened the last week of July. Here it is August 10th and we still don't have our camper. Not only do we not have our camper, we have not heard a single word about when it will be fixed! We call and the calls are not returned. this is so frustrating. we are making payments on a brand new camper that we can NOT use!
