Ron’s Holy Smokin BBQ

I was really excited to try their food truck, but sadly I was disappointed. I've heard great things about it and the other bbq I typically eat at our town events was not there so I took advantage of this opportunity. They ran out of certain sides about 2 hours in to the event and people were having to wait about 30 minutes for food after ordering. The portions were VERY small all things considering, the sides tasted like they were frozen/straight out of a can, and the meat was over seasoned. Definitely not worth the prices they charged. With I could offer a better review but I won't be going back and I would not recommend. There are better bbq places out there. This one was nothing special.

Delicious!!! The ribs were fall-apart tender and juicy with a tasty sauce. The Texas Twinkies were divine--brisket and sausage in a jalapeño wrapped in bacon and smoked to perfection. The prices were good as well--$22 for a massive rack of ribs and $3.50 for a full sized soup bowl of Mac and cheese. Also ribs are two dollars off on Wednesdays! We stopped by the London location and everyone was really friendly. They are in the progress of developing a family friendly atmosphere as the previous tenant of the building was a bar. Great local BBQ! We will be going back!

The food was great ! These guys definitely do a good job and are well organized! Food is tasty and plenty to choose from.....almost too much. Lol

Big flavor, small portions and huge prices. Ordered the brisket tacos , 4 small 3" tacos with about 1oz of meat on each, and the brisket sandwich which was also very very small. Other food trucks give better portions and don't skimp like Ron's.
