Rolling Bistro Street Kitchen

Had this at the Freedom Fest in Hilliard. Price was reasonable and the Philly cheesesteak was very good. Also had the hot dog which was described as a foot long and was not. Pretty typical hot dog so $7 felt very expensive. Fries were fine, but the tacos were gross. They had such potential with a good tortilla and meat but the avocado was so hard that I thought it hit a chicken bone, and the dressing was very odd. I think they used Parmesan cheese because it tasted like the same at what was sprinkled on the hot dog. Length of wait was expected for a busy food truck so decent there.
