RollHouse Entertainment - Columbus

Front desk staff was friendly and they have a special on Thursdays $15 for shoes and unlimited bowling so that was a great deal. Contrary to some older reviews one thing I noticed upon walking in was it did not smell bad like the usual bowling alley I go to. We did have a few issues with our lane but they were fixed very quickly. Bar staff was a little unprofessional, they seemed a little more interested in each other rather than customers. Overall I would go back, we all had a good time and it was a nice deal they offered.

I've been Bowling at this alley since it was Big Western, and this is my favorite version of it so far! Has that old school bowling alley feel, but had been beautifully updated to be "retro-chic" if that's a thing. Lol super clean, very appealing on the inside. Still cheapish bowling with an arcade and laser tag. Kids had as much fun now as we did back in the day. Great, old school westside staff. The food now was surprisingly very good. The chicken tenders were super hot and fresh, as good or better than you'd get at any restaurant (like caines, cough) the hand cut fries were great. We got pizza for the kids and it too was better than expected. Really liked it.

Been here a couple times, great! Food is a little pricey but worth it! Drinks are $3.17 but free refills! An hour for $30 and the staff is nice! Pizza is 16.17! For pepperoni!

It is my first time bowling at Rollhouse Columbus, since it changed their name from Game of Western Columbus. The staff is very friendly. Kudos for free water and unlimited soft drink refills because they do not have to-go cups. They did get rid of the soda vending machines. I enjoyed myself bowling at Rollhouse Columbus and will be back soon. I will have a pizza, burger, or snack on updated upscale menu when I come back to Rollhouse Columbus.

RollHouse Entertainment was better than expected considering their location. They have 28 lanes, there was plenty of space for everyone and no waiting on a Friday night. They have two hour unlimited bowling for $15/person including shoes. There is a fairly large arcade where you can win tickets for prizes. They have laser tag, food, and a bar available. I wish they had a shop to buy bowling balls though. I need a new ball. Bowling alley balls are not that great and never fit right. The evening was fun and I can't wait to go back.

This place is fun for bowling. The laser tag is fun too. I've always had great customer service here, but I'm giving 4 out of 5 for a big reason. The biggest thing I'm confused at is the time they open. On Google it says 9am. We show up at 11:43am and they're not open. We see a sign on the door that says Summer Hours 12pm. But, it's spring time. I'm so confused with what's the real time for opening. I will show you what I mean in the photos

Yesterday day we spent the day at Western for my daughters 5th birthday party. From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left the staff was professional and helpful.We had about 15 people bowling, kids and adults and the staff did an amazing job at accommodating of bowling needs. I had 5 children on one lane with a need for bumpers and a need for the bowling assistant contraption. They made sure all of this was set up before my guest arrived Many people in our party ordered food which was quickly prepared and brought to our tables. On top of the fun friendly staff that helped to make our event a great success our family members from out of town was highly impressed with the facility. Thank you again Western !!

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE POST BEFORE DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH ROLLHOUSE ENTERTAINMENT IN OH:Hi Mr. Groves,After the stoppage fees and the time that it took us to deal with the check theft, it has cost us far more than $50 so we will not be issuing any refund. I am sorry for the experience from the get go but we will not be putting any more effort into this and will not be responding to any further emails.Eddie Gable COOMy response:Eddie thanks for the speedy reply, regrettably I initially had to go to social media to get any response from RollHouse, so no threat intended but I feel that you are not assuming my innocence in what has taken place here. Please re-read the response that you just sent me and I just received, not very business like and the tone I perceived leads me to believe that you believe I may have had something fraudulent to do with matter. I did not!I contracted with RollHouse to facilitate my granddaughters big "10" Birthday, RollHouse missed the mark on several paid commitments in my opinion and upon speaking with yourself and the Manager of party planning, RollHouse would make me and my Granddaughter whole.It is unfortunate that the check was apparently stolen from my mailbox, but that was no fault of mine.As I informed Rainey I filled a police report regarding the missing check, and that I was willing to assist in anyway that I could.Since that communication, my Granddaughter and I have been waiting patiently to give RollHouse time to conduct your investigation into this.Rainey passed me off to Finance, who apparently ignored my request for an update, and upon me contacting Finance again today, I receive what my perception is a very accusatory "Go Away", "You're not getting us for anything else" response from you with out even identifying who you are. I was familiar with your name as we had talked right after my Granddaughters failed attempt of a Big "10" birthday party back in May of this year. She asks me at least weekly about this, and the more I think about it your response to me just now is the most disappointing thing that has transpired on my end during this whole Fiasco.Based on my perception of the tone in the email you just sent me, RollHouse must believe that I am responsible for whatever happened to the missing check, and that I would have the audacity to call back and try to squeeze RollHouse for more.Sir, I assure you and RollHouse that I being a 60 year old law abiding citizen, do not have the time or desire for nonsense, and that's where we are today.RollHouse neglected to provide the main reason for my Granddaughter selecting that venue for her Big "10", party, she was promised that you would make that up to her, and now due to circumstances out of my and her control you are accusing us for this whole ordeal?REALLY? If Rainey had of reversed the charges on my credit card, it likely would have taken longer for us to receive, but the timing was not the issue then or now almost 6 months later.You have offended me Sir and I will be spreading this review as far as I can reach where RollHouse does business, until I hear back from someone who is willing to apologize and make this right by my Granddaughter.Go back to the very start of this reply, RollHouse was so uninterested in responding to my concerns that I had to take it to social media to even start the process of getting our concerns heard, that was bad enough, BUT THIS IS MUCH WORSE. Bowl in a league here. Equipment is old and in need of replacement or repair. Both bathrooms are dirty and many times out of order. Staff has no idea how to operate a bowling facility.

Upon walking inside, we were hit with smell from restrooms. The whole place reeked of sewage smells. Noticed restroom doors wide open and carpeting looked filthy. Left after 2 minutes.
