Rodizio Grill Brazilian Steakhouse Columbus

Went here for my 1st time as my birthday gift with my Daughter and her boyfriend. I only gave 4 stars just because it deserved a 5 but figured I give it benefit of doubt and wonder if it gets better. Make sure you go here hungry! It's all you can eat and we'll it's not cheap but I also generally felt it was semi worth the price because oh my the meat was excellent. And this grilled pineapple they had was incredible too. You can just order salad bar if you want. Here's a few pictures but don't give it justice.

If you're a meat lover looking for a place to have an absolute feast, Rodizio is an amazing option! This Brazilian grill specializes in meat of all types, including beef, chicken, pork, seafood, and lamb. It's such a fun experience since you are given a little wood tool with green and red sides as the servers walk around with the various meats. You can flip the stick to show green if you want the servers to stop at your table and offer you the assorted meat or flip it red if you're full/need a break and do not want them to serve you. Out of the many options that I tried, my favorites were the Coração de Frango Temperado (chicken hearts) which were slightly chewy, the grilled lamb, and the Presunto (grilled ham). Some of the meats are more seasoned/cooked than others so you can try a bunch and see what your favorites are! The grilled pineapple was also super juicy and such a refreshing combination with the meat. You can enjoy unlimited salad bar with the protein as well! I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options offered at the bar. They had so many different types of salad and sides, including ceviche and pickled beets, and grilled vegetables. They also had really good sauce options like their spicy sauces and churrasco sauce The servers were all very courteous and friendly. It would be a great place for a celebration with friends and family as well! It is located downtown so you do need to find street parking or paid garage parking.

Rodizio Grill is a really delicious and unique place for any special event. I have been a few times but my most recent visit was on New Year's Eve. It is located in the Arena District and parking isn't too bad with a garage located behind it. We had a reservation and were seated promptly. The lighting was nice, not too dark but also not blinding us. We started with some drinks and I had one of the specialties for the holiday which was a Brazilian take on a French 75. It was really delicious and I would order it again. The trick to getting your moneys worth is to not fill up on the sides but it's hard when they are so delicious! I had some mashed potatoes, alfredo pasta, roasted squash, polenta sticks, and my absolute favorite which is the cheese bread. I'm not alone in loving this as the tray of it was almost always empty. Luckily we had a good view of the bar and would watch to see when it was refilled. Last time I was here, our server brought the cheese bread, polenta sticks, and cinnamon bananas to the table in a little bowl but I think it makes more sense to have it on the salad bar. If you've never been to a Brazilian steakhouse, servers walk around with giant skewers of all kinds of meat. They will stop by your table and introduce it and if you want it you'll get a piece or however many you want or a slice if it's beef. My favorite of the meats are the sweet and spicy chicken, parmesan chicken, and the glazed ham. The beef is all pretty good but I can't taste a real difference between them, that is my main gripe. Also, I got a cut of beef and after he walked away I found it was 100% fat which was a bummer. You absolutely HAVE to get the pineapple and I recommend getting at least 2 slices when they come to your table as it's very popular and doesn't come around a ton.Their dessert selections are also really nice. The cinnamon bananas are included but I recently also ordered what was described as a Brazilian churro. It had more of a donut texture than a churro but it was fried and then tossed in cinnamon sugar and was very good. My biggest advice would be to come here very very hungry and pace yourself. You don't need to say yes to every meat on their first pass. By only having 1 or 2 at a time I was able to enjoy a lot more than others at my table. I look forward to my next visit!

Dropped by the Tuesday evening of Restaurant Week. Plenty of activity at the sports complexes, and the place was quite busy but very well-managed. Our serve, Jade, was delightfully friendly, fun, and helpful - we'd ask to be in her section again in a heartbeat. Food was excellent - the meats as well as the cold and hot bar items. Well done, Columbus Rodizio Grill! I have a feeling we'll be back before the end of Restaurant Week. As an aside: immeasurably better than TdB; far less pretentious, far better quality, much more lighthearted and friendly. Tremendous kudos to Rodizio Grill for using quality meats, authentic seasonings, and thoughtful preparation instead of relying on MSG-loading and salt-crusting that the 'other' Brazilian steakhouse uses to compensate for lack of quality and rushed preparation. Quality and character triumph over drama and pretentiousness every time.

The food was very good. They have a decent selection of meat to choose from as well as a nice buffet of sides and salads. The waiters and service was very nice. We will be back!

Our waiter tonight was Silas! He was beyond amazing. Rafael - made sure we had every type of meat that we asked for! Couldn't ask for a better Valentine's Day service!!!

Was hardly impressed. This was my first time visiting. I have been to Brazilian steakhouses before. The grilled pineapple was a nice touch. The portion sizes offered by the servers of the meats was terrible. The salad bar was subpar. The dining room looks like it could use some work. For $50 dollars a person, I left feeling just a little ripped off by the experience we had. Getting servers over to deliver meat was hit and miss. I have to say that Texas de Brazil is still my favorite Brazilian steakhouse based on this experience at Rodizio.

This is not worth the money. The food is mediocre at best and the portions are small, they don't come to your table often to offer meat or to serve you. I would have thought this would be good for like $20 but our experience wasn't great. It was just ok. Dissapointing

:::::: Warning Do Not waste your time or money in this place. I was so excited to go to this place because I went to a similar place in Easton. We live in Dublin so this is closer and I was hoping for a similar experience. I was wrong! We has reservations and it was cute when you walked in rose petals on the ground filed my excitement even more! Get to the table are server was I believe Silas he was polite gave us the run down we turned are placers to green and waited and wait it took 30 minutes to get on little piece of meat ten minutes later pork sausage. At this point I'm not trying to ruin Valentine's Day for me or the person that was there with, but they made it very uncomfortable because we weren't in the services that we were entitled to. I asked for a manager four times before One came to the table. I also asked to employee Leanne with a short staff tonight and she asked me no why and I'll let her know that we didn't receive any type of meat on our side and she immediately went and got a manager but that manager never came to the table. she just looked around the room 20 more minutes past and then we got a manager named Candy. They stopped by. She was very sweet she said either your plaque for your meat is not being seen or what you're saying is true she's like give me seven minutes and let me know if anything changes. 12 minutes went by we have four guys come by to be honest with you with the same meat that we were eating all night, we didn't even get to taste all the meat that they had on the menu. The personnel with does not eat fish. The fish came to the table 14 times so they only got to eat the steak with the peppers and then the pork sausage and maybe one of the chickens that came by the Parmesan chicken but outside of that that was all that we received we asked for a manager of two more times and no one came to the table after we asked for the manager for the sixth time. The guy busting the tables was a God said he checked on us more than our servanted or even the manager after he saw us not getting the service that we just politely asked for he made sure he went around and made sure Man came to us but again we did not taste everything that was supposed to be on the menu again a table beside us asked for their bananas to finish their meal like it was supposed to come with and the guy said I'll be here be right back that he said oh yeah, we just ran out we don't have that. I talked to several couples and on our side and ask them when they get the same type of server like yeah they're really slow and we all got to try two kinds of me Then when the bill came The Man told us in the beginning when we got there, it was gonna be 4995 that's our Valentine's Day special it does not include drinks or dessert. I'm like OK say less sign this up when we get the bill. It was $160 with a 20% gratuity added on there and that's no issue but we didn't even get our money's worth so we paid $75 for like 600 of meat mashed potatoes, rice, and whatever they had that bar you had to serve yourself Again. The management refused to come to the table after we complain multiple times I had to get employees to get our help and again we didn't get the service we designed so we paid $75 on Valentine's Day to be disrespected by the management staff and then they saw our intelligence by giving us a $25 gift card talking about oh we would like you to come back. I forgot the young African America man that was drunk off tequila loud trying to slice meat and almost stabbing you at the table.. I suggest none of you waste your time or your money there I do not Expect a response from their management team just like I didn't get a response from them when I was in their face. I am very disappointed in this location and anyone that is visiting out of town to nationwide for concert or blue jackets games do not waste your money at this location if I were you I would spend the extra 20 minutes to drive to Easton to pay less than what they're charging you for their food and these people are on it the meat the meat man come by every 30 seconds they come by so often you have to tell him no I'm okay. They're polite their way staff is polite. Their management staff is excellent

Went on Thanksgiving day since we were out of thrown. One of the few places open. Service was good, food was good and variety of the meat was good. We will go back.
