Rockin' Jump Trampoline Park | Dublin

Was entertaining my nephew and his friend for an afternoon. Took them to the Park with a friend of his for the afternoon. They had been here once before, but was a first time for me. Great place for kids to burn off a lot of energy and have fun. Lot's of Do's & Don'ts. Requires a waiver. So, play at your own risk. They offer tickets for one-time or memberships. If you think you will go three times, it is much cheaper to acquire a membership. We were there for an afternoon. Add-ons, special grip socks and refreshments add up quickly. They require you to buy special socks. Not all areas, (rock wall, bungee jump, zip line and wipe out areas), are included in the general play area ticket. They can also have long lines to access and are relatively small play areas. While the play area was pretty clean, the sitting area was quite trashed and floor sticky from spills. Hard to find a clean area to sit down and change socks or eat your refreshments from the concession stand. General play area was quite chaotic with little ones running all over the place. They were definitely having a great time.TIP: Save time standing in line by using their web site to buy your tickets & take care of the waiver.

We booked a "basic party" here and it was incredibly unorganized. Luckily our party host Griffin was a gem and the girls who checked us in/checked us out for the party were nice too.The issue was the general manager. After making our kiddos get off the trampoline 45 minutes into jumping, because "our room was ready", I was bummed for my son and his friends. i sent them back down and they weren't allowed to jump even though we had ten minutes left. We didnt get pizza or drinks until 610 and it was RAW in some spots. i already talked to the manager to let him know that the jump time incident was frustrating, i paid $300, let our kids jump for an hour. the pizza incident internally sent me over the edge.The response from the manager when i gave him feedback "what do you want me to do theyre teenagers, we have 500 kids checking in...wrong wrist bands were given out". (mind you there was one other party checking in and about 15 jumpers in the whole park) Terrible response and it lead to unnecessary confrontation. He told me he was going to consider helping the situation but could see "things werent going anywhere" (???) i had to walk away because i was not about to be gaslighted by this man.After the pizza incident, he made an executive decision to offer free passes and icees for our group. i appreciated the gesture but the whole incident was just underwhelming and i was embarrassed the way it turned out. i was looking forward to this surprise to my son for months and the experiencecompletely fell short. There are other trampoline parks available, i would recommend going elsewhere

Rockin Jump Dublin made my son's birthday party an effortless success! From the minute I walked in I didn't have to worry about anything, they took care of the guests, the gifts, the party room and the food. They made it possible for me to interact with the other parents and enjoy the birthday party with my son. The staff was friendly and attentive, the party room was clean, and the kids had a blast. The rock climbing wall, bungee jumping, the high jump pit made this trampoline park different than others we've visited. The pizza, chicken fingers and fries were very good and everyone seemed to enjoy that as well.

We attended a birthday party with our preschooler. The party included pizza and all activities at the event space. Our daughter loved the bungee jump the most. She was a little timid getting started on the trampolines, but once she gained confidence, she had a blast!We are considering having her next birthday party here!

Really just wasn't impressed with this place at all. They only let one kid at a time jump on the trampoline which I've never seen. Definitely make sure your kid wants to jump bc you won't get a refund. Apparently they just can't do it. Not at the register or corporate, they will only offer a free jump when let's be honest that place is a no. And the people at the food counter are not there half the time and they ask you to give them a 5 star for a free slushie but makes a lot of sense now. On top of all that, The girls at the front desk; although very nice, didn't know basic answers to questions. The sitting area was gross. Trash everywhere and over flowing. Just really didn't seem like it was very put together or anything. So just things to look out for.

Me and my son had a great time Here. His birthday coming up next week but we had to celebrate early due to availability. Although it wasn't ideal the workers there made Alex's big day special. I think our hosts name was Griffin. He was great with Alex and his friends and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks rockin jump for making his semi special day run smoothl!

Rockin jump is my favorite place to go on the weekend!!! The workers are very kind and patient and sigma. The place is well cleaned and the snacks are also very good. I would recommend everyoen to check it out. People from the ages 3-75 would have fun here. Overall this place is so much fun and I reccomend to all.

Concession business needs upgraded. If you're given a number for your order it should be delivered not announced over an intercom system that due to the noise you can't hear your name announced

It is very pricey for what you get. Half of the areas are either closed or you have to buy extra tickets or all day passes (the cool areas like the rock wall, zip line, bungee jump, wipeout). Other areas were also closed for no apparent reason like the drop zone. For $22/pp for 90 minutes you would think you could do more than just have a couple open jump areas. During our time they even closed more areas for "cleaning". There are other open play places that offer more so was really disappointed in this one.
