I think if you are a good tenet, they will be good to you! I've heard some scary stories about property management in Columbus. I'm grateful that I found such a great company to rent from. The owner of the house I rented was kind of a tool, but the full circle has treated us fairly. The house we were in had issue but full circle really tried to fix them. The owner decided to sell our house after 4 years of renting. Full circle really went above and beyond to making sure we had enough time to find something new and even helped us look. The owner is very compassionate and fair. I would rent from them again!

I have had a hard time getting maintenance to come out to my home that is managed under Rickert. I have called many times to schedule them to come out and I have yet to have my issues fixed (6 months pending).
