Ribman Catering

Saw that the Ribman was in the area and decided I would hit them up. Ordered the rib tips with Mac and cheese, greens and baked beans. The rib tips were nice and juicy with a perfect bbq sauce on them, slightly sweet. He should be bottling it to sell. The greens were perfect, a mild taste, cooked just right and had small bits of pork in them. The baked beans had chopped up red/green peppers with a mild taste in the sauce. The Macaroni and cheese was off the chart, a super smooth flavor to the cheese. Delicious!!! I have to talk about the owners. Such great people, Tony and Anastasia. In this business you have to really love it beyond the money and they certainly exhibit that. Also an added tidbit to tell this is a serious operation is they are doing their smoking with a Southern Pride smoker with apple wood that gives that mild flavor to the meats. If you get the chance, check them out. You won't be disappointed.

Yeah this place is good! The food truck was at the Hot Times Festival in Olde Town East and it was a treat to eat here. The ribs were delicious and the sauce was not too sweet. It was just right.The Mac 'n' Cheese was the best I have had in a long time! So cheesy and delicious. Absolutely recommend and will be keeping my open for their food truck too!

Phenomenal food!! The shaq attack is the best sandwich I've ever eaten (my husband agreed). Absolutely fantastic!

Good tasting Ribs I regularly go to The Shoppes at Alum Creek for car audio events, when there I try and get some Ribman Catering BBQ. He has a food truck and makes all kinds of delights, but what shines most are the ribs. They fall right off the bone and are really delicious. The ones I had yesterday had a little too much pepper, but still a tasty rib. IF you are on the Eastside be sure to check him out. They also Cater all around town.

Ordered a 3 bone rib sample, got 5 bones. One of the bones was a thick rib end, a little tough and fatty but not bad and considering it was a bonus I'm certainly not complaining. The four remaining bones were much more succulent. The sauce was a sweet/spicy deal lightly coating the ribs. Not the best bbq around, but pretty good.

This is great BBQ. During ComFest on Sunday, I tried the Clevelander Sandwich (beef hot dog with pulled pork and coleslaw piled on top) and my friends each got the Shaq Attack (brisket, pulled pork, and I THINK coleslaw as well, on a sandwich). All 3 of us thought the BBQ Sauce was amazing. I would buy that sauce bottled, if it were available. My hot dog bun, the dog itself, and the buns on the sandwiches were all of good quality so its clear they take pride in all their ingredients, not just the actual meat.The prices were VERY fair compared to the rest of the vendors at the festival, so while I cannot attest to their ribs I have to believe this is some of the best barbecue available in Central Ohio.

This was some of the best barbecue I've ever had, the beef brisket was very tender and the barbecue sauce was very good and had a bit of spicy kick to it. The coleslaw was amazing!

Mayme Moore park Thursday, August 8th had rib tips.French fries & Cole slaw. Food was 10 out of 10. They did not disappoint. Man in line bragged about the coneys so imma have to track where you are & try that next with more ribs and cokeslaw. Customer service A1 too.Prices also fair!Yelp web price list needs to be updated!!!!!

The best part about these ribs is the sweet and tangy BBQ sauce. The ribs themselves though aren't cooked tender enough as it was tough to get them off the bone. Also for $7 / 3 ribs it is really expensive. I wouldn't seek this place out, but if you chanced upon it I might try a little.
