The process of making a purchase is cumbersome if not stupid. You walk in the store and you are asked to show them your ID. When you check out again you are asked to show your ID. Why, you just saw my ID? That seems stupid and cumbersome. I encounter this nowhere else. Hence I simply choose not to patronize them because of this stupid cumbersome show your ID multiple times process of theirs. Also there are far too many less cumbersome alternative stores to buy vape supplies from. I can't help but wonder how much business they lose due to this practice in redundancy.

Read all of this: DON'T GO HERE. I've never seen such a dysfunctional retail store in my life. The way my girlfriend was treated in there was pathetic, and the skinny employee that has glasses and wears a hat does not deserve to work there. What kind of employee ignores their customer? What kind of employee laughs with their coworker in a mocking manner when the customer cracks a joke to be funny? The worst part is, is she wanted to work here. The whole point of being an employee at a retail business is to be charismatic, to make the customers feel welcomed and want to come back, and that employee did the exact opposite. Theres plenty of vape stores nearby that are better than this one, don't come here.

I will never shop here Andrew is rude . and has a sassy mouth for a man. and doesn't listen to make things right but listens to respond nastily and wash his hands of any blame or mistake from the company to place sole blame on customer . They Don't say hello. the first thing they say is where is your id , and they scan it before even talking to you about what u need and then they want you to allow them to scan it when u purchase on the way out. I was told it's a waste of time to give knowledge on product if the license is expired and etc. customer service and educating your customer based is at an all time low at this place ... stay far away from this place

If you have discounts like for military and veterans, you should give them. I was there at 1:45pm on 06/23/2024 and I was wearing a U.S. Navy Veteran shirt in large letters across my chest. I asked when I noticed it wasn't added if it was not being given anymore. He then wanted me to finish the current purchase so he could refund it and charge me again with the discount, which would mean almost double coming out of my account for the several days until it was completed. He should have cancelled the sale and re-did it with the discount, but he just forgot. Don't expect to get advertised discounts even if you are in there multiple times a month. If he is going to check me out, I am leaving and going a minute up the road to get my supplies.

Tried To make a purchase at the Reynoldsburg store was told They were required to scan my ID to make sure I'm over 21 I am 52 years old The young man in the store was not able to use his better judgement because his employer requires him to scan ids to ensure individuals are 21 and over I'm 52 years old gray hair and al visually verifying my age was not good enough it had to be scanned they do not need to keep my on file it's outrageous i will take my business elsewhere

This review is from multiple experiences shopping at this location. Decent selection of juice. Im still new to vaping though, and they werent too helpful on figuring out why my new tank tasted burnt. They also seemed like they didnt want to help at all and acted like customers were a chore. They dont like returns either, which is understandable, but its not the customers fault you sold me a faulty product so dont take out your childishness on customers.They also seem to overcharge a bit compared to some places ive shopped, and try to sell me items i dont want continuously, then when he tried to sell an item i was interested in, he tells me hes out of stock...figures.I felt rushed with the staff hovering over me and staring, even though he insisted i take my time. My mind was racing and i have no idea how to calculate ohms/watts/volts/amps and didnt know his vapor lingo so i eventually just went to my fellow vaping friend for help to see what kind of tank i needed.The big lady there (didnt catch her name) was very short with me, and seemed to have an attitude problem while i was browsing the selection. When i was ready to purchase she said "can i help you NOW?", with a very rude, impatient tone. Most of the employees look and act like lazy juveniles pulled out off the street, and arent professional at all, no salesmanship, very poor attitude,(especially from the wide lady), sarcasm, and they seem to expect you to know what you want as soon as you walk in, and they have no patience in customers who wanna try before they buy, browse the selection, or have any questions. There was really only 1 employee that was helpful and put a smile on my face walkin out, I never got his name but he was a bigger fella and the only 1 who acted like a decent human being.Long Story Short: Find Another Vapor Store. :)Tip: Maybe dont treat your customers like your friends and expect them to know all you do about vaping? Maybe act more professional and explain it in a way stupid people like me can understand whos trying to join the vaping community? Maybe leave your attitude at home?For some people its a way to quit smoking, not a weird attention seeking hobby. You guys make vaping sound so complicated that im sure most people find it easier to just keep buying cigarrettes.Also I dont intend to shop for pathetic negative attitudes and wish to take my time browsing.I might end up doing more shopping online instead or try out other stores nearby. I would only reccomend this place if you just want to get some cheap juice and get out.

Swindlers!This WAS home base for me when it comes to vape shops. I was a customer who came for all of my needs and spent a significant amount of money doing so. i.e. Juice, tanks, RDA's, mods, replacement coils, cotton, etc. I purchased a Sigelei 150w tc 2 weeks ago and one of the magnets on the battery door came off 3 days ago. I brought it back to the shop to exchange and was turned away before I could even finish the story. They told me the owner does do returns on anything. AND with the way you have to press down to get the back door to slide off it was bound to happen anyway.... They defiantly forgot to add that into there sales pitch when I purchased it. I couldn't believe how quickly they went running to the hills and weren't even open to discussing it. The staff only interested in selling you their favorite products and trashing everything else. If they do talk about anything else it is about each other and how the other employees suck at their job. Personally if I were the owner I would be pissed that 85% of my employees look like they just rolled out of bed and came to work without a shower or brushing their teeth. WAKE UP, treating your customers like this will not provoke a successful future!
