Avoid this place, the vents are so filthy that it's become bad for our health. You can see the discoloration, staining, and dust buildup on the walls and ceiling. Fibers floating in the air and covering everything. Our dryer exhaust was near clogged when we moved in. Management lied to us about the upgrades in our apartment, stating we would have new appliances and countertops which never happened. (I have the email exchange still). The A/C and Furnace have broken down 4+ times, and after their numerous, but half-hearted attempts to fix it, it sounds like a lawnmower now. The cable failed because of poorly managed landscape around the cable box, so we had to get 5G. If you have a nice car, definitely avoid, because it will get destroyed by the condition of the roads in the complex. The pool is filled with high school kids that sneak in over the Summer. The single trash compactor for the entire complex is constantly overflowing and inviting raccoons and rats. For the price they charge, it is definitely not worth it.

We moved here in 2018 thinking this would be a forever home. They never took care of the trash, our landscape was never weeded or had mulch put down after we were told they would, the managers changed about eight times in three years and then I couldn't get ahold of anyone to sign my lease. I called, stopped by and no one was there. Fifteen days after they wanted to fine me over $2000/month to stay, told me I never tried to contact them, and the manager up and quit because of how they treated her. I got out of there so fast your head would spin. We paid rent on time every single month and to get treated this way was astonishing. There were bug infestations, inspections that went wrong and they actually left my friend's door open after one so that anyone could have walked in and took anything they wanted. It's in a great location, but that's the only benefit. Please pass.

I am disgusted to be writing this review however anyone who plans on moving here should understand the reality. You will pay top price rent for low quality management and the director of operations RJ is absolutely unfit for his position. We have had countless things in our garage destroyed by rats he said they would fix this. They never came. I went in yesterday to organize and assess the damage and was greeted by a little friend. I bought my own traps and put them out. I also have a dog that I have never hidden I took him to the doggy pool days. Provided the Esa letter 3 years ago and as they go through manangment like it's candy I have gotten emails each new one saying welcome your new pet and telling me about the fees. Total I have provided multiple ESA letters. I lost my mom in March and they without fail got a new property manager and I'll be damned if I don't receive the welcome your pet email once again and this time telling me I have 14 days or I have to get rid of my dog . Not only am I grieving I'm now being told my ESA isn't good enough I need a new one. So we do and in a power move they keep dragging it out. Staying we need you to tell us who it's for. As if they haven't been aware this entire time. My neighbor had rats in her house who wants to wake up to that. I asked them if they are gonna raise our rent we could at least have better appliances. They bring us new ones. Ok I'm like stoked about this. No. In typical T&R fashion they scrape up my entire wall in multiple areas dent the new fridge. And then when my husband calls to tell them what the heck. They drop paint off for us to paint our walls. That they scratched and scraped. The door that's dented Allison tells my husband there's nothing they can do about that. So I raise hell. RJ decides he's gonna be so generous and replaced the fridge again. For the second time. Taylor listened and helped and they fired her. The rent you pay does not show in the property I have been here for 3 years and nothing has changed. I got my car window shattered right outside my front door. As well as multiple other residence. Please don't let them trick you they are offering deals for the first time in 3 years as residence are leaving because it's sick. It's absolutely disgusting. The car wash hasn't worked for a while. The trash compactor is the only one for the entire property so it just piles with trash bringing more rats. Don't be fooled. Go look somewhere else. We wish we would have but with losing my mom we were tight on money as we had to go home to Texas. RJ has shown no compassion he will talk down to you and is a power hungry person. You will have no voice if your encounter any issues and will have to deal with it. This has been a nightmare

Went into the leasing office with questions about my lease and the staff was more than helpful. The apartment does a great job at insulating sounds from the nearby school sporting events; when you have the tv on you can barely hear any commotion. Natural lighting (for my unit) is decent, and I was actually surprised to see the bedroom has a light and ceiling fan built into the unit. I enjoy being in this community

I honestly feel unsafe living here.Less than 24 hours of notice are given to enter the unit, and it is sometimes done by placing a letter on the door. This means if you aren't home for a couple days, they may enter your apartment without your consent without you even knowing. Instead of acknowledging that most people wouldn't want strangers in their home when they aren't there, they act as if you're hiding something by not wanting maintenance in your unit when you aren't home. My AC unit was leaking refrigerant. My water heater was making a loud popping noise, and maintenance came by to look at it and forgot to reposition the T&P Valve. After showing the video I took to HVAC professionals, they advised it needed to be replaced immediately. I had to copy someone from the city of Dublin to an email to finally have it replaced after living there for 5 months.Many residents are waking up with completely stuffed noses and other health issues. I didn't put two and two together until a neighbor told me he was having sinus infections and constant breathing problems since moving in. I was experiencing the same thing. I went to the doctor who confirmed it was the dust in the apartment. My air ducts are excessively dirty, however, I was told by T & R staff that if I wanted them cleaned I would need to do it at my own cost. I ended up investing nearly $300 in air purifiers. It definitely helped, but at the high price point of these apartments, it is insane to expect that residents should be responsible for paying for the cost of cleaning air ducts that have likely *never* been cleaned since the apartments were built in 2006. Plus, they really shouldn't be playing games with people's health.

I lived here for a year term and there isn't anything good I have to say about it. the leasing people are unresponsive and liars. They led me to believe I was all in good terms and then all of a sudden I have to pay $700 for something they said I didn't need to. They will welcome you with a smile but then stab you in the back when it comes to there money.

Horrible facility compare to Rent. Facility maintenance team were luck of knowledge. Rent was $1675 but not worth it. Dumpster always full specially during week end. My only refrigerator was broke for 10 days. finally the fixed after 3 visits. My garage door broke and i had to wait 7 days to fix.

Lighting in the parking lot has not been replaced for months. They are doing a terrible job here. Avoid

About half of the light bulbs that are attached to the garages are out and have been for months. What is the $8 community utility fee going to if the light bulbs for the lights outside are not replaced? This carelessness is inviting opportunity crime to our community.

Really love it here. We had lived in a house for 20+ years and were a bit nervous about moving into an apartment, especially because we have 2 dogs. But we've been here for a year now and it has been fantastic. Some of the best features include:- apartment is well maintained, clean and quiet and management has been very responsive the couple of times we needed some assistance. - very pet friendly with easy access to take dogs out for potty breaks and walks. - love the close access to stores and restaurants within just a few minutes. - nice little work out facility that is well maintained.
