Reserve at Abbie Lakes by Cortland

If I could seriously give this place no stars I would. They completely took full advantage of me and I have developmental disabilities and on top of it they never gave me what I wanted. All the employees are rude, lie and take your money. They never work with you and now have to fight them just to get it off my credit. They told me my rent was 4 if not more different prices. Avoid this place at all costs. I don't want this happening to someone else. I had multiple issues and they rarely if never got fixed.

I'll give a four star because Kaylen at the front was incredibly welcoming and easy to work with. I forget the name of the boss but she did a fine job as well. Neighbors are almost never an issue. I do however wish there was designated guest parking in the back of the lots away from the buildings. Countless times I have come home and had to park a football fields distance from my building.All in all, 8/10 and much better than some other options in the area.

I only gave them a 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. Their management is terrible, they constantly lie to you, are never direct, and will never give you answers. The living conditions are also terrible, some apartments even having black mold which they failed to mention to the tenant, also have many reported cases of bed bugs. I've seen multiple mattresses been thrown out on a weekly basis. Never live here, I fully regret living here and will never return.

Pretty nice place to call home. Staff is always full of smiles when I enter the office and they seem to get right on any issues I've brought to their attention.

I have lived here since 2015 and still like calling it home. Management try hard to keep the complex clean and safe. They have started a get to know your neighbors with different events throughout the month which I find really nice. I have spoken with a few of the managers which were very nice and helpful. All in all it's a nice place to call home.

The property looks nice and has a peaceful modern feel.

Lived there for a year, super quiet, very nice. No complaints,although there are a large amount of geese in the lake on property that shit all over the place , but that's not apartments fault.

Love the hospitality of the staff. They were very kind and welcoming.

Christine the leasing agent is amazing! The whole staff is amazing in general. I love this place.

The pros:-The apartments and the grounds are clean and well kept. -The maintenance answers calls within a couple of hours even though they have 24-48 hours to respond. -The staff in the rental office are very cordial and willing to help with any issues that may arise. -It's quiet and not a lot of noise or kids running around The cons:-These apartments Are a little overpriced for the size, but the location it's in makes up for the price. -They have Canadian geese that sometimes take over and have poop everywhere but that can't really be helped. -The walls are thin so you can smell it if your neighbor smokes or if they have a dog that barks constantly. I moved to a different state, but if I had to move back to Ohio, the first place I'd go to live is there.
