Resch's Bakery

A local bakery that has been around for decades. Its a definite staple of the east side. Their coconut macroons are to die for which is what I came in to get. I wended up adding a pumpkin cake donut.... Oh, I didn't not need to know about those.... Now addicted and have been dreaming of another one. Highly recommend both Service is always great. They have multiple check out areas and the shop is always clean with various baked goods in a grab and buy area.

Resch's Bakery is one of my favorite places to stop by when I come to visit Columbus. When you come in you grab a number, it's always clean, they take customers typically fast, the music is never too loud and everyone is always nice.Typically, I would get a dozen of Glazed Donuts but today I tried their Cinnamon Rolls and I fell in love! They were making them fresh so I did decide to wait the 10 minutes for them to finish baking. Melissa was kind enough to bring them out to me in the car.I also ordered a dozen chocolate donuts, a dozen glazed donuts and some raspberry filled donuts.Their parking lot is fairly big which makes for an easy in and out experience.

Heard about this place for eons but we finally decided to go and wasn't disappointed. The selection here is larger than what you'd expect. It seems that they've got a larger selection than major chains and semi local chains like Jolly Pirate etc. They crank out so many donuts that they don't taste stale like they've been sitting all morning, THEY STILL TASTED FRESH! Thumbs up!

A fun outing to Bexley today before the big storm. First stop, Resch's Bakery for donuts and sticks. Incredible donuts on the east side. We ordered a full complement of pastries: Apricot, strawberry, & blueberry danishes, sugar donut, cinnamon roll, custard filled chocolate glazed, apple fritter, apple walnut rugelach, glazed French crawler, and a few of "the stick". The donuts were REALLY good! We were there after lunch but it was still well stocked and was steady busy. The service is friendly and efficient (take a number) and the atmosphere is simple, but warm. It might seem pricier than some places but the quality is top-notch.

Great service and delicious treats! Remeber to grab a ticket as soon as you walk in for service.I swear I reviewed Resch's when I first discovered it so not sure what happened there but absolutely recommend. The inside smells so good and tons of fresh packaged options that change through the year. Love this place for cupcakes and donuts. This visit was for cucakes and an impulse pick up of some Blondie bites. I saw some delicious giant pretzels and some new cookies that caught my attention but did pretty good on self control. Go check them out. I would say It's worth the trip even if it's a bit of a drive for you.

If you're from the Columbus then you already know the donuts from Resch's are SUPERIOR! Perfect little pillows of goodness ; the only yeast donuts worth buying! They're always busy but the line moves quick; the neighborhood is slightly skeptical but this establishment is safe and a neighborhood staple.

I've been coming to the bakery for years. I used to purchase treats for my various offices around my territory. Now, I just come here whenever I have a sweet tooth. I personally love their Apple Fritters and Cinnamon rolls but honestly everything is good. I've always found the service to be good. I recommend you come early before they sell out. Expect a line, but also expect fresh, yummy pastries. You'll love it.

I called in ahead of time to order the raisins bars but they were only making them in cookie shape, so I ordered two containers. There were seven in each for $4.50. These are so delicious and very nostalgic as we used to get them when I was younger.The ambience inside hasn't changed a bit!

I ordered a Christmas cake a week in advance and picked up a dozen doughnuts. The store was packed as usual. The young lady who waited on me was fantastic. My scheduled pick up was the 23 rd. Got a call from Sarah who double checked the declarations I requested. Very much appreciated. Most places don't take the time especially during the busy holiday. Picked up cake and again staff was fantastic. It's nice to have great customer service. The cake on Christmas Day was fresh and very good. My son in law said it best. Taking a bite brought back a lot of memories! Thanks for being the best bakery around!
