Red Brick Tavern

Red Brick is one of the most reliable bars in Athens. I just visited again after being gone for over 13 years, and the deals are still great.I'd definitely recommend for a decent crowd and even better beer specials.

The Red Brick is a very cool place to just kick back and chill if that's what you want . But when the music starts thumping you just can not help but move your body to the epic dance floor. The sound system is beyond with great music of all kinds. People there are super friendly. The Staff... wow. They are on top of their game.

The Red Brick Tavern is home to the few who see it'strue value. Brick is the best bar on court streethands down and here's why. 1) Brick Break, DOLLARMILLER LITES, enough said. 2) Keg Urinal, this makesyou feel like a man. 3) The Staff, is not only own byone of the best families in Athens Brick is alsooperated by none other than the best manager ofall time, stop in and he'll pour you the best drinkyou can get on court or he'll slide you the coldestbeer you can drink. 4) Bartenders, amazing patienceand fairness, please tip them well. 5) Your Wallet, itwill thank you on account of the cheapest drink in town. This place has its doors open like a sophomore on Palmer Fest. The Beer is fantastic the staff is even better. The view from the Ciggy spot is simply fantastic. This place is my home and the staff is family. I will defend this places honor dignity and Miller Lite. All Love To The BrickBreak

This place has the best bouncers in Athens. They are better than the bouncers in the movie Roadhouse.

Red Brick was the first place I ever ate in Athens when I went to visit OU in 2004! You will always run into friends when you are at Red Brick.When I was there this past weekend for Homecoming 2012 the bar tender told me that they got rid of their menu and no longer serve food, full bar only. Even though their food may not have been the best, they had a killer teriyaki burger that was always my go-to meal while during an OSU game. Best vibe! Best place to get a MEGAMUG!

Absolute horrendous service. We got there when it opened at 6pm and waited until 7pm before we decided to leave because the bartenders had helped everyone else but us (especially the people they knew). I will never be going back, and I advise everyone else to go to better places than this one because so many more great bars exist in Athens. I have never had service as terrible as I did here.

Don't let outside looks fool you. Take one step in Red Brick and you have entered the Mecca of bars. TV's, drinks, music, this place has it all. Don't get me started on the impeccable hospitality. Strangers are best friends and the regulars are family. Miller lite is preferred but a wide selection of alcohol is provided. Service is the backbone of this establishment. Quick and attentive bartenders make the experience easy and enjoyable. This is definitively the best bar on court street. Don't waste a moment going anywhere else. P.S. They also sell Miller by the case, so.... run it up.

Bar manager refused to change tv channel for multiple customers solely based on political view. Two different bartenders believed that tonic water was the same thing as club soda after asking for club soda; they were out of club soda....at a bar, at 7:30 p.m. knew this place was a disgrace for being NOTORIOUS for serving underage patrons and never checking ID's.
