RE/MAX Town Center

Justin from The Roehrenbeck Group-Re/Max Town Center was referred to us from a friend. We are so thankful we made contact with him and chose him to help sell our house in McArthur, so we could downsize. He made some wonderful recommendations on some improvements to be done before listing. Doing these changes really made a difference. The approach Justin did in showcasing our place online with video, pictures and a virtual tour was extraordinary. I am not sure where to begin. Matt Roehrenbeck was incredible throughout our entire home buying experience. There needs to be more than five stars. His guidance was great. He did not push us into buying something, and he was very honest about any potential problems that might occur if we were to actually buy a home. Basically saving us from huge financial pitfalls if we were to actually get into the home. His honesty and integrity were very refreshing. I really can't say enough good things about working with Justin Dill. My family met him from a personal referral who told us "This guy knows his stuff" and they weren't kidding. We were looking for a very specific house in a very specific neighborhood in Worthington, one of the hottest real estate markets in the entire country. He got us into the house for a showing 12 hours after it went on the market, recommended an offer price that nailed the sellers' expectations and still stayed in our budget, and was a model of determination and integrity through an unconventional process on the sellers' side. I work with realtors in my day job, I have personal friends who are excellent realtors, and I would still recommend Justin over anyone else I know.
