Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Stopped in for lunch. The person who took our order was friendly. Food came out hot and fresh!! Chicken tenders were very tender and juicy. I would pick Raising Cane's over CF. It was extremely clean and lots of options to sit down. We enjoyed our meals, and look forward to coming back next tome we are Columbus.

We noticed this new location while driving by on the highway and finally got a chance to stop in. The location is very nice, with several other restaurants and shops and plentiful parking shared between them. The restaurant itself has a very nice patio (though we did wonder why all of the fans on the patio were running in nearly 0 degree weather, ha!) and good seating on the inside, as well. The decor was cool with several disco balls across the center of the area. We ordered several combos, including some sandwich combos and a kids combo, plus an extra side of Texas Toast, because that's a favorite, of course. Despite the fact that they were busy during our visit, the line moved along and the food came out in a reasonable time. Food was good and all was enjoyed.

Buttery, beautiful toast - one could imagine it as the perfect vehicle for a lobster roll. But there's no lobster in sight...it's Cane's.Instead, there are chicken tenders, which are actually very juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside! However, both the tendies and the fries need to be dipped in Cane's sauce because on their own they're pretty under-seasoned. Unfortunately, I'm not the biggest fan of Cane's sauce: it just tastes like a mixture of ketchup, ranch, mayo, and black pepper? :/ I miss mirror lake mango habanero sauce :'(Service was the essence of speed :O Additionally, the store featured many pictures of dogs in famous paintings. Today I learned Cane is the dog.

I had heard this Cane's was opening, but hadn't paid a lot of attention. Figured we would go eventually. Today I happened to be right nearby, I saw a bunch of balloons, and it turned out that this was their opening day. Pretty standard Cane's set up. Seems a little small, and it is crammed into this corner with a lot of other small retail businesses. Plus, they are building a Chipotle and another food place it looks like, so this will be a very busy spot. Cane's has a drive-through, and you can go inside. I went in since there was a line at the drive-through. And of course there's a line inside too. Super friendly service, everybody at the top of their game on the first day. Takes a little bit to fry chicken, so it took about 10 minutes. What came out was excellent. Crispy, meaty, tender inside. Came with their sauce and a piece of bread and fries, all of which were good. I got their sweet tea, which is not the best in the world, but it's pretty good, and has free refills. All in all an enjoyable experience, and we will probably be back if it turns out to be the closest location to us.

Long lines and long wait times! I had high hopes for this location because all the others are so great!!! Idk if it's because they just opened or what but I sat in my car for 20 mins waiting!!! And there is no turn around or go around lane until u get past the white cones!!!! My food was cold will try again at a later date!

First time visiting the newly opened Cane's right down the road for me. It's at a great location but I can imagine traffics getting really bad here once business picks up. The parking lot and store was super clean and the bathrooms were individual and really clean. The girl who took my order was super friendly and nice. I had a small group order and it was made very quickly. Over all I thought the value was there. I got box of chicken fingers, coleslaw, fries, and a piece of Texas toast. The chicken was great, but the coleslaw was very bland. They need to put some work info making a flavorful sauce. I was most disappointed in the French fries. They were super soggy. There wasn't any crispness to them at all. By the time I got to my destination the styrofoam packaging had steamed the fries to the point they were nothing but mush. Everyone thought the fries were soggy and Gross! Cane's isn't a place I eat at often. I loved the chicken but if the slaw and French fries are like this flavorful mush, I wouldn't be back often. Hopefully this is something that is fixable, because it would be great to have another food option in the neighborhood.

I received a canes gift card for Christmas and live right up there street so I have embarrassingly been to this location around 5 times already. I love the double lane drive thru, so far I've had next to no wait to order food which is great. Everyone's friendly and I like the way the restaurant looks on the inside. My first few times going I will say the fries had way too much salt added, like I couldn't really eat them amount of salt. However, that issue has seemed to of worked itself out because they were great on my last visit. I also saw another review mentioning soggy fries if you get them to go. Helpful hint, poke a few holes in the top of the styrofoam box, this helps prevent that from happening and will keep them crisp on your drive home. Overall I'm thrilled we have a canes in grandview now and so far the two lane drive thru has seemed to be a big improvement over other locations. My gift card is now depleted but odds are I will be back very soon.

This location is great, it was slammed last night after a crew game. I came in around 20 minutes before close (I know, shitty) I dined inside, the crew had smiles on their faces and greeted us, the food was hot the location was clean. Awesome crew here. Thank you for the great experience.

Great food good service no complaints it was what we've come to expect from this business franchise

DO NOT EAT HEREFood is old, mushy, smaller than 1.3oz per tender (I measured and know their requirements). Think the customer service is terrible, proportions are horrible for what you pay for, the crew seems annoyed when asked for specialficstions wouldn't be surprised if they spat in your food.
