I came to return a pillow and buy a new bed. Walked into the showroom and waited a bit while the employees stood in the back complaining. Once they finally came out they seemed shocked they had a customer. They couldn't have been more rude though. Instead of greeting the customer they demanded to know how the customer got into the store. When I told them the door was unlocked and the sign on the door says "We are open" (maybe that sign is pandemic related, . If so the wording could be better). They said basically said that they weren't open. When I told them it was after 10am they said I guess we are open now and pretty much led me out of the store. When I told them I had a return they told me to call the 800 number. I won't be shopping at purple ever again.

It was nice to be able to try out the Purple products in store as they are not inexpensive by any means and purchasing is a serious financial decision from the pillows, to the sheet sets, to the seat and back support to the mattresses. Every major state should have at least one store especially for Purple to complete with Sleep Number, Serta and Beauty Rest. I only discovered the Purple store visiting another store in the Easton Mall located in the entryway to the AMC theater entrance. As soon as you walk in the entrance, the Purple store is on the left directly across from Nespresso and Cheryl Cookies. If you try a product such as a pillow, the employees have special product protectors for health and safety measures. Abe was an absolute pleasure to work with, being very knowledgeable and friendly. Although I was super disappointed that the store didn't have the pillow I purchased in stock because the warehouse does not provide much inventory to the stores and the stores have little storage for products, free shipping is provided as well as a 100 night happiness guarantee.

The delivery men were the most competent people there. They also are the only ones that work. This company has lost our item, sent an unsafe and broken children's bed and will not pick up. They never call back, and please, if you want good products or customer service go, literally, anywhere else. worst furniture buying experience I have ever had and I've had plenty of experiences In new furniture.

The store is great and convenient, the associates are amazing!!! My father is currently in a wheelchair, and shopping for a a new bed. I called ahead and spoke with the manager Cinnamon to make sure the store was accessible. When we got there she made sure that he was able to try the beds for his comfort and height. He loved the massage mode!!! We look forward to shopping with them in the future

Our experience started out great! We found the bed we wanted, we were able to get a solid deal because it was Presidents' Day weekend, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. If you end up ordering anything beyond just the mattress, be prepared to get emails about your order misleading you to think that everything is being shipped together. We received multiple emails that the order would arrive on a specified day, when in reality, just the mattress protector arrived that day. Our foundation was still being shipped on the other side of the country, and our mattress wasn't even out for transit yet. You can imagine if my fiancé and I would have thrown out our old mattress expecting the new one to come in, we would have been stuck sleeping on the floor. I'm not upset with the product or the staff, just the misleading emails about the shipping information. I'm sure when the mattress does end up coming (who really knows when that will be) it will be the best night sleep I'll have in years. I just really wish everything was shipped all together
