Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar Gahanna

Really need to re-vamp your acai bowls. Owners need to try them at other places and then change some things. The actual acai mixture doesn't taste very good on its own. Bad choice of granola - who wants to munch on a frozen raisin? Overall I'm pretty surprised by how poor the quality was.

I went to Pulp Juice and Smoothie the other day and I'm going to say this-- get a smoothie but leave the food. They have a small list of sandwiches or wraps that they can make but this is more of a smoothie place and that's what they thrive on. I got the honey mustard chicken wrap and it was okay but not fabulous. The chicken wrap has chicken breast, tomato, romaine lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, honey mustard dressing. There was more wrap than stuff inside and that took away from it. The smoothie on the other hand-- YUMMY! I asked the girl working which one was her favorite and she recommended the three berry which has strawberry juice, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, raspberry sherbet. So good, I cannot wait until I'm back in that area so I can get another one.

Tried fresh juice , you have to select base and with add ons. Little price but healthy

I have tried this store twice, hoping for a good experience. The store was staffed by one person who is very rude. When I asked questions about the menu, she was huffy and condescending. The smoothies are ok, but I've had better at other places in town. I got a smoothie bowl and expected fresh blueberries as topping but they were frozen, which just doesn't feel good for sensitive teeth. This store was playing loud, explicit music too so I wouldn't have felt super comfortable bringing kids.

Their smoothies are really good! Decided to get a spicy turkey wrap this time and was very disappointed. Not sure if it's just like that or if I got a bad batch but there was no spice and it was very bitter :/

Great customer service it being my first time there. Has great options of smoothie juices and even immune shots of wheatgrass. Been looking for a place like this for awhile. The young lady helped me look over the menu since it was my first time and what can I say. Very helpful. Would recommend

The smoothies are amazing. But I've seen a lot of 15 year olds working in there in short shorts. One of the girls pulled her shirt up exposing her belly to the world. And they're too busy on their phones to make my smoothie

There are lots of options in smoothies and fruit bowls. The dragon fruit was not very sweet, which was a plus for me. There is plenty of parking, and this spot has public restrooms. I give customer service 4 out of 5 stars.

My rating here is for service. I heard so many good things about this place. So excited to come I even opened the door for an employee to come in--I was pumped to be at pulp! Unfortunately my balloon was popped with the poor service.Two persons appeared to be working. One making smoothies the other at the cash register. The latter seemed distracted even as I moved to stand in front of her, obviously wanting to order. She never acknowledged me. Not I'll be with you in a minute or anything. I stood for over 5 minutes (I'm a big guy so can't be missed). The other customers who were served in front of me had mouth's agape as this employee was either (A) ignoring me (B) more interested in numbers/another order--either way poor customer service.After a couple more minutes passed I politely left. Poor service and etiquette is not worth my hard earned money.

I can't tell you how great these smoothies are!! You need to try them! The staff is great with helping you choose something you will like. New owners are so helpful! Price exceeded expectations!! Don't miss out on this gem for healthy food!
