Provenance at Polaris

I wanted to update my review now that I am no longer a tenant. I was charge almost $1K for carpet after living there for 2 1/2 years--normal wear and tear apparently does not apply to Birge & Held. Overpriced apartments lacking service and amenities you should expect paying such high prices. Do yourself a favor and move to a different community in Lewis Center.

it was so bad when I stayed the apartment was so small not as the one that was listed on there website and theres a lot of mean people that wouldn't let my kids inside the clubhouse to go get drinks they said you have to be 18 or older and I'm like..... uhhhh and they barley help with anything!

Worse property management I've ever rented from. You can't call them or contact them at all. Every voicemail you leave they won't call you back. They don't answer the phones. I lived here for about a year and a half and they don't care about their current tenants. The units themselves were great and I loved living there. The wood floors were stained and the bathroom and kitchen drains really sucked but that was about it. The neighbors were super loud all year and a half. Up all hours of the night just being noisy. Again I liked the units but the property managers and staff and the super loud neighbors ruined it for me.
