Prost Beer & Wine Café

They delivered again! Two years later and the food, service, and environment are still great. This place is good for dates and groups. We ordered the same mix and match boards. I don't think you can go wrong with any bruschetta option. Note- parking seems to be easier during the day

Went to Prost to meet a friend for an early lunch. When we got there the place had just opened for the day so we had a choice of where to sit. We chose the bar. Great choice. Erin the barkeep was fun and great at her job. She realized we guzzled iced tea like thirsty sailors and decided we just needed our own pitcher! (Which we loved and actually drunk dry) They have a special where you can order a salad or a sandwich and get the second one 1/2 off. We decided to take advantage of that and also to upgrade our salad to fancier salads for a 4 dollar up charge (which I completely recommend) Then sandwiches are HUGE. One could easily split the sandwich between two people and be full. I chose the tuna salad sandwich. If you like tuna, which I do, I recommend that. They dont overuse mayonnaise on it like some places do. Has tomato lettuce,cheese,mayo and some seasonings. Yum. My friend chose an sandwich that has roast beef and bbq sauce, and some ther stuff. I dont enjoy meat so Indidnt fully check it out but it was big and she liked it. I forget the name but wow. It was also huge and it had a generous portion of roast beef. We both got the salad that has strawberries in it, The Katrina. Yum. I would get that again for sure. Fun lunch. We stayed for about 2.5 hours and we werent in a hurry to leave, so I would say the place is comfortable, welcoming and has good music.

The food was pretty good and the patio was nice. Drinks were fresh and crips. A few of my biggest pet peeves came about with the service. Walking up "what can I get you to drink" no hi. No introduction along with bringing the check with dirty dishes from the appetizers on the table. Pre buss. Won't stop me from coming back it get cringy and inconsiderate. Dog hair all over patio furniture for my allergy folk. ALSO A TRANSACTION FEE TO PAY CARD - I did see a note that I completely forgot about. Cash will save but nothing crazy.

I legit would move to Reynoldsburg just to frequent Prost! Outstanding experience from start to finish. Erik greeted us as we walked in and as we found our seat he came over to explain happy hour and the evening specials. The place has such a cool and classy vibe without being full of itself. We started with Tom Collins made with Hendrix gin and they were light, crisp, fresh and not sweet- perfection. For appetizers we did the goat cheese stuffed dates which were indeed the G.O.A.T. The chorizo added the perfect spice I didn't know I would enjoy as much as I did. Then to the bruschetta bar. We chose 4 different varieties and each was better than the last. Amish pepper jelly Gouda & candied bacon was bomb. The burrata BLT w a light herb dressing was delicious. The smoked salmon w pesto, capers and creme fraiche was stellar. And finally the shaved steak w creamy Gorgonzola horseradish cheese sauce popped. Super tender beef and the homemade sauce was a perfect accent without being overpowering. A very creative blending of flavors for each one. I can't choose a favorite because we loved them all. Erik sold us on the Chicago Style hot dog special and then we shared a half Prost Picnic salad and wow, if that was a half you better be hungry to order the full size. I can't say enough wonderful things about this establishment. I really love that the patio is doggie friendly and they even have different sized water bowl to match your furry friend perfectly. We can't wait to come back up to Ohio so we can return. And big thanks to Erik for making our evening so enjoyable. Don't pass on Prost!!

Popped in for a drink before dinner. Nice patio. Great service. Nice selection of beers, wines and seltzers. We didn't order any food. The bruschetta flights sounded really good. Maybe we will stop in again to try that. They were doing Christmas in July so they had my husbands favorite Christmas ale on tap. That was cool. They had some fruity sours that I would drink, since I'm not really into beer. Our friend said the old fashioned was alittle watery but it wasn't terrible.

Good for what it was. Took a moment to get service and they were not busy. But they had my favorite wine. Ambiance is fine. Not elegant. Not a dive. You can order food downstairs though I didn't try anything, as I was here briefly in between destinations for one quick drink.

The food was fresh and delicious, the combination of sweet and savory was so good. This is a little treasure the menu boasts a miramid of flavors. The service was quick and friendly 9/10

Decided to try for lunch and we were glad we did! Sat on the patio for some ambiance, but the inside is a super cute atmosphere too. Limited parking next to restaurant, but we had no trouble finding a spot and they have additional parking a block away if needed. Great beer and wine selection. Our server was friendly and able to offer suggestions from the menu since it was our first time there. We enjoyed our food and drinks and I'd love to come back to try other menu items!

Not sure how this place has such good ratings. I think if you want to go for a beer, especially during happy hour, this is a great place to we tried several menu items and all were disappointing. Everything tastes like it is from Sam's club and dumped on a plate or in a bowl. Do t believe they have a real kitchen just a microwave and panini press. Definitely nothings being made from scratch. The pretzel board was 5 small pretzel balls. Disappointing as we were looking for a good new local place. Would definitely come for beer again just not food.
