We absolutely LOVED Primrose. This school and their pre-k2 teachers (ms. Mora & ms. Z) were beyond amazing. They truly cared for their students and loved them all. You could tell by the way they invested in them. My daughter thrived in their classroom. Without a doubt i know she is so ready for Kindergarten. If we were not a military family she'd be attending for their kindergarten program.Another perk is the fact they send multiple videos, photos and a daily report which said what your child did, ate ( which they include meals and snacks in their prices) and how they did overall that day. Keep in mind this is a PRIVATE school, which will obviously be more expensive then some run or the mill daycare. I refused to send my daughter to one knowing she'd just play all day with no structure. With Primrose, they have that structure that kids need to learn and thrive. Amazing. Just an amazing school with an even wonderful staff. Keep rocking it Primrose of Reynoldsburg. We miss you!

My daughter has been going there since she was six weeks old (not 2 and 1/2 years old). The care they have for the children, the experience and the things she learns is outstanding! She was learning sign language at a young age which was super cool. Great place.

Beware of unsafe photo policyPrimrose has a photography policy that states they can photograph your child and use that photo for social media, which we are not ok with. I noticed that many children are on the Primrose Reynoldsburg Facebook page and sometimes, the child's name is even mentioned in the comments or on the pictures they are holding. We chose to opt out of this policy, but the contention came when we were told that we would not receive picture updates via Tadpoles, which is how they send updates and reports. These reports only come to my personal email address. I explained to the director and owner that at our previous childcare center in Florida they had a center-only photo provision, that allowed children to be photographed but pictures would not be shared on social media and parents were not permitted to take a picture with their phone or anything else of posted pictures that contained other children. I asked the director and owner to be flexible with me, as I liked the pictures that I received during the day because it put me at ease knowing he was having a good day. What was most disappointing is that the owner was not flexible despite their photo policy not including Tadpoles, and not understanding my comfort level about them posting pictures of our son on their public Facebook page, that may contain identifying information, which is extremely unsafe. The owner said that any picture that was posted that I did not like, he would remove from Facebook, but I asked why post it in the first place??? Of course he did not have an answer for that question. Additionally the Primrose photo policy states that they could post pictures at their discretion and parents would not have any say as to what was posted or if could be removed, yet he contradicts that policy by saying that would remove any picture that I did not like. He said he would also remove any comments that were inappropriate but I would need to make him aware of those comments. I asked if it's your Facebook page, isn't that you're job???? The owner made it clear to me that he does not value our family because at the end of our conversation that he suggested we should find childcare elsewhere to better meet our needs. We completely agreed on that point and I told him that I will find a childcare center that values families and their children and their needs over policies that do not adequately protect them.

I love the center and the staff. I currently work here and will bring my daughter soon. The staff are caring and the teachers genuinely care about their students!

They received a 1 star because they were open. We toured the winter of 2021. My daughter was due June of 2022. At that time it was clean, pleasant and inviting. Children and teachers were engaged. My granddaughter started in the fall of 2022. The infant room was pleasant, but with each classroom move the center standards on a whole were sending up red flags. The center was dirty, curriculum was no were to be found, children nor parents seemed happy or engaged. Children were engaged in "free play" what appeared to be all day, with little or no equipment in the classrooms. Over many months I visited several times. My daughter, her husband, and myself had met with management in person and on a zoom call. Our concerns were acknowledged and not denied yet little was done to correct. Licensing reports reflected some of our concerns. I have worked in the childcare industry, in management positions, for over 20 years and worked closely with the licensing agencies. This Primrose is NOT meeting the reputation that primrose has had over the years. Every child should have access to quality early childhood education........this is not happening here.

If i could give 0 stars i would. I have never heard of a more unprofessional daycare in my life. If your child even cries once they will have you come pick up your child.... I've worked in daycares and you normally would only send them home if they are sick. Otherwise you take the time to work with the child and figure out their needs. You guys are awful. You need a new staff, and most importantly a principal who actually cares for children and will work with them to improve their development, not against them.

My kids have been attending Primrose for 3 months and have learned so much already! My 3 year old even said the Pledge of Allegiance all by herself last night thanks to Primrose saying it every day with the kids. I could not be happier with Primrose and my kids, who are 1 & 3), absolutely adore it there.

Primrose school of Reynoldsburg seemed to offer everything I was looking for in a private school for my then 3-year-old daughter. A newly built school with bright beautiful classrooms, low student ratios, conveniently located and a well-rounded curriculum with a balance between play and learning. What more could you ask for? Well what I have learned is that everything that glitters is not gold. I have a number of complaints but I will focus on the most serious one. My daughter came home on multiple occasions stating she was bullied (physical and verbal) by other children and the teachers stated they never witnessed any of the incidents. We met with the owner who stated that his teachers see everything and that our daughter is making the stories up for attention so that she will not have to go to school. Why would she not want to go to school? Our daughter is very shy and we explained this to management. They informed us if our daughter is too scared to speak up and let the teachers know when she is being bullied this school is not the place for her.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ACCESS TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. My 2yr old son was enrolled there and recieved a total of 8-10 hrs of care over a 2 day period before my husband and I decided to withdraw him because of his behavioral changes after that short period of time. The second day I took him he was screaming and begging not to go in and became extremely clingy. I'm not accusing Primrose of anything in that manner the teachers and staff seemed nice, I just don't think he was ready for daycare. So, I called the school and explained the situation and why I needed to withdraw him. They informed me that they were still going to require 2 weeks notice. So basically, even though I had already paid them 300 dollars for 10 hours of care they still wanted 400 more dollars. I requested the withdraw in writing and also asked that the two week notice be waived due to the short period of time he was in the program and the fact that I did not feel comfortable bringing him for 2 additional weeks. No one returned my call or responded to my request to even work with me on this matter. Since they request your bank information to debit the fee weekly, I had to call my bank to place a stop payment. For the last 2 weeks they have tried to withdraw the money. Last week 200, this week 425. Is it just me or is 725 dollars completely unreasonable for 10hrs of daycare. I would have possibly re-enrolled my son once he gets a bit older, but I would not consider it at this point and would not recommend Primrose to any of my friends. Simply because of the unreasonable service.
