This facility exceeded all of our expectations. Warm and welcoming with extreme professionalism. Our boys thrived here.

After reading the negative review, I felt the need to add my experience with the Mill Run Primrose. I have two children 12 months apart, 2 years old and 3 years old, enrolled since birth with Tara's school. It's not inexpensive; in fact, it's about as pricey as it gets, but as expectant parents who have done their homework know, there's not a wide margin from school to school, and the several that we explored before choosing Primrose that were substantially less expensive...well I wouldn't step foot back in those schools. The kind of relationships that my children have built with ALL of their teachers trough the several classrooms they have been in is on par with the kind of relationship they have with their grandparents and aunts and uncles. The primrose staff is family to my children. Several teachers that ended up leaving primrose still keep contact with me on Facebook, and send messages of well wishes and asking how the girls are doing. Both of my girls are potty trained, know more sign language than I can keep up with, and are creatively and socially engaged beyond the level of which I could hope them to be in most any other circumstance. The moral of the story - if you're looking for an environment that fosters loving friendship, family values, and education foremost, and you hope to have your children more developmentally advanced than their stay-at-home counterparts...if you want to leave your daycare every morning at drop off knowing that they're in the hands of people you love and trust, the Mill Run Primrose should be your first option. Even after divorce and a tighter budget, I've never considered an alternative option. Do yourself a favor and go tour with Tara, Liz, and Katie and meet the teachers my children consider family.

Really mean teachers and terrible staffs, never let your kids go there. If your kids feel uncomfortable, the teachers will do nothing but just leave them cry.

I strongly disagree with the previous reviewer.I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience here.My daughter was 18 months when she started, and I was pretty nervous about the transition to a school setting, but she immediately bonded with her teachers, who went out of their way to love on my kid and reassure this worried mother.I was constantly amazed at how much she was learning- educationally and socially. It was never a fight to get her to school in the morning; fact she usually wanted to stay longer at the end of the day because she enjoyed herself so much. Teachers know and love the kids in their rooms, and put so much effort into nurturing your child. The owners and administration do a wonderful job running a place where you'll WANT to drop your child off each day. We moved out of state and sadly had to end our time at Primrose, but if we were still in the area, sending my daughter back would be a no-brainer!

My husband and I are are thrilled with our son's development since he started at Primrose last year. He loves going to school and seems to have a great day there every day. We can tell he has made significant progress in a number of areas, and I know it is because of the quality learning activities Primrose provides for him. He likes his teachers and has made several good friends there. The teachers and staff do a good job communicating with us about his day and the activities going on throughout the month. It is a safe, clean, and friendly environment. We look forward to sending our daughter there next month!

All 3 of my children have gone here. Two are currently enrolled. Great staff. I never have to worry about my kids when they are there. The teachers become like family to our children. Would highly recommend!

We knew Primose at Mill Run was the school for our son the day we toured the facility. The school is clean and inviting, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the curriculum and activities provide the perfect amount of structure and fun for young children. Our son was more than prepared for Kindergarten thanks to this school!
