Primrose School of Canal Winchester

My son has gone here since the first day it opened and I couldn't be happier! I was somewhat uncomfortable thinking about my son going to a daycare since myself and my wife both stayed with family for daycare as children. Primrose has been amazing in taking care and teaching my son in doing class stuff like art and music and books and colors and what not. I would highly recommend them.

After years of going to Primrose and two children, the lack of communication from the director Kelsey and her admin have been almost unbelievable. They signed my daughter up for after school care after summer camp without our consent which would make sense if she had done it the year before but that is not the case. Once discussing this and bringing this to their attention they still want me to pay for her to be enrolled even though shes now in first grade and not going to before or after school and the school year has started. Not to mention that not one admin at the front desk would speak to me or my husband at drop off after being this up. I spoke to the Kelsey who is in charge of this location and she didn't seem to know that no one spoke to us for days and no empathy or concern for this issue.

Regardless that this is a newer school and still growing the leadership from the top down is undeniably got that "it" factor. From the moment you walk into the facility the specific quality of environment created at Primrose is sensational. Within less than a week I feel as a single mother I have found my other half in my child's development. From the quality of nutritional needs to the importance of structure in young developing minds I can stand behind my statement "that this school and its staff are hands down the best for me and my child".
