Great teachers and I send both my kids here. The facility is very clean and staff is awesome with communication with parents.

Both of our girls are enrolled at Primrose, and we've had a fantastic experience. Our youngest just started, and the staff did an amazing job helping with the transition from maternity leave to daycare. Our older daughter has been attending since 2022, and she absolutely loves it. She's learned so much, loves her classmates and her teachers, and we know she's safe, happy and well taken care of while we're at work. Also the food they provide for lunch always sounds so good! I'd recommend Primrose at Golf Village to anyone. A note about the 1-star reviews from 2020... I can't speak to the old management that was there in 2020. But I do know they have new management now, and we've had no issues whatsoever.

Agree with the previous comment. The owner does not know how to communicate with people and does not know how to have a healthy conversation. It is always a one sided conversation. She is unreasonable and and it is unfortunate this is the owner of this school. Any simple question can set her off at any time. There were many signs we should have left a while ago, but the forcing customers to pay during the shutdown (while other schools were waiving fees) on top of not being able to hold a proper conversation about any situation is uncalled for in her line of service. Avoid this daycare as long as she is the owner.

Do NOT send your children here. The owner of this franchise is aggressive, hostile, angry, and not someone you want overseeing the care of your children. During the COVID 19 pandemic while other daycares were waiving childcare or charging reduced rates because it's the "right thing to do," this center was charging 100% tuition and imposed its 30-day cancellation policy with no relief to families. I went into the daycare to ask about the relief they would offer (how dare I), including whether they would charge re-enrollment fees if parents withdrew the children until the pandemic was over (recognizing that even under that scenario the daycare would charge 30 days' tuition). The owner's response was so aggressive and hostile I literally could not believe it -- she physically approached me, backing me toward the front door, pointing at the street telling me "get out, get out, get out." One would think that day care centers would anticipate questions like this from families and be prepared to respond professionally and gracefully. I have never seen such hostility and unprofessionalism in my life, much less from a supposedly reputable institution--and a DAYCARE no less. Times like these reveal true character and this person has sadly shown hers, and it's NOT the character of someone you would entrust to direct the care of small children.
