LOVE this theater. The seats are fantastic. The price is great. We really enjoyed the whole experience. Will definitely keep them on our list of movie theaters to go to. First run movies with no hassle. Glad we found you!

I normally go to zanesville or Canton, Wednesday I went to the local theater and was reminded why I don't patronize this one. One cashier, one concession stand server and a lines of people. The lobby was cool but the viewing room was warm. The seats and upgrades are nice for the local area. Not impressed at all.I like to stay locally if I can but sometimes it's not worth it.

I went to this theater on a Tuesday to waste some time and all of the movies were $5 to see. There were only 2 employees working so they seemed a little stumped, but for the price it was a bargain. I sat in a nice recliner seat. The women's restroom needed a lot of work. The toilets weren't flushing and flooding the floor.

Went to watch Star Wars Force Awakens on Saturday 12-19-15. It was the 1:00pm showing. The screen randomly went black and the sound stopped for almost a second all through the movie. It did this at least 20 times. I figured it would quit, but nope. Felt like I was watching a bootleg copy or something. I will really think twice before watching a movie here again.

Being from a big city I'm used to places charging extra for super comfy recliner seats! This is the best bang for your buck if you love recliner seats with footrests. The screens aren't giant but worth going there for the seats. Popcorn etc are the usual.

I used to enjoy going to this theater over the one in Zanesville because of the reclining seats. My son and I went yesterday to see The Secret Life of Pets 2. I paid for our tickets then was told to pick where I wanted to sit on the screen. I looked over to see a seating chart on a screen. I was very confused and asked if they were serious. They said yes, you must pick your seats at the desk now, and can no longer just go into the theater and sit wherever you'd like. I thought this was extremely odd. Personally, I like to walk into the theater and visualize where my son and I would be most comfortable. Plus, what if you want to move cause you can't see due to someone being tall in front of you? What if someone beside you won't stop talking? Nope. Premier Theater says you must pick a seat when you buy your ticket, and sit in your assigned seat. So, we get our tickets, and realize we have no idea where our assigned seats are. Not to mention the theater lights were off. I asked a lady that worked there of she could show us where our seats are. She took us into the theater and showed us. We sit down and notice the movie is almost over. We were very confused, so I went back out and asked her what was going on? She said oh, you're in the wrong theater. The one you want is down more. I said but this is the one you personally took us to. She just walked away. So this was by far the worst and most confusing movie theater experience I have ever had. I won't be returning and will see movies at the theater in Zanesville from now on.
