Precision Jewelry

This is a great jewelry shop/repair shop! I took my passed father's Harley Davidson ring there to get it cleaned and repaired. They did a wonderful job and were Finnished with it right when they said they would be. Great place!

This store has its ups and downs. Good, 1 time and then not good another. Had them resize my wedding ring, no problem. Replace a missing diamond, no problem. Fix a broken wedding band, disaster. Was told 7-10 days, called on day 10 requesting status. Was told "Oh, we had to order more material it should be done next week." Fast forward to the following Friday, it was done my husband picked it up. I put it on at home and it was rather tight have to use Windex remove it. The next day went to the store and had them size it 6.25 (1 size too SMALL) had to wait again to the next Wednesday so the guy could fix it. Go in Wednesday 5:30pm (closes at 6pm) still not ready. She said give him a little and he can get it done. (I go and waste time, come back at 5:50) another couple in the store, I walk and and I hear "she's been hounding me to get her ring done." (Interesting) I get my wedding ring and leave. Won't be back. #sad #disappointing

They are wonderful !!! I have used them several times for have jewelry repaired and remade...they are the BEST !!!! The way they come up with unique ways to design jewelry is amazing. So glad I found them !!!!
