As some of the reviews mentioned, this is a low frills, fully functional gym. Some of the equipment isn't brand new but fully functional. I wish it was a little bit cheaper, the monthly rate is about $59 currently but the have a lot of flexible membership options including a day pass and it's locally owned so maybe that's why. Also for what it's worth, the employees wear masks but I've only seen like two people work out with one the whole time I've been.

This place is dirty and has lots of broken down and out of shape stuff. They have tons of free weights and barbells which is great but this place is just filthy and the locker rooms smell like ass. I didn't want to put my stuff down in one of the lockers because it was just dirty. There's a mirror in the corner that's been missing forever and if you look closely at the carpet at or any of the walls (especially the higher walls) you can see tons of dust and clutter. Speaking of carpet, it looks raggedy and old, some places in the building look like a dog chewed it apart. You can see into one of the utility rooms, because the staff just leaves the door open, but I bet if you walked inside of the room and looked around you would find plenty of mold. You might be able to find mold on the walls that haven't been cleaned out in the open gym area. Even the spray bottles they provide to clean the equipment have grime on them.I don't expect it to be like a hospital but the prices for this place can be four or five times more than a Fitness 19 or Planet Fitness so I do expect it to be as clean as those places. This location needs a deep cleaning ASAP, if the conditions don't improve I'll be going somewhere else when my membership is over. The people that said this place was clean in their reviews from 10 years ago obviously haven't seen the place now, I might update this review with pictures to prove my point.

Basic lifting gym. Machines are maintained and seem clean, floors are a bit old and beat up, locker room is functional and showers work and are kept in working order and clean. Hasn't been too busy and people seem friendly, but not overly friendly like one of those "Social Gyms" where you can't use a machine because they are too busy using a machine as the speaking platform. Would give another stat if they would clean it up a bit more.

Checked this out because my boyfriend goes here. Nice place, they could use a bigger space to spread out their equipment. I am just glad that they have equipment that works!!! Simple straight forward place. They have the different areas labeled overhead. Their treadmills are okay. You can get a great workout in without fuss. I like the fact that it is never super busy so you don't have to wait for someone else to finish. They have tanning on location. The bathroom is a little dated. Overall, not a bad place if you're looking for a good gym.

I switched from fitness 19 to powershack just over a year ago and love it! The monthly memberships aren't too expensive and it has enough room and equipment to hit all workouts. I workout when it opens at 5am and love it! The staff is super friendly & personable. They have enough bench's, squat racks, & free weights for all kinds of lifters. There is usually a group of guys working out together in the morning but they're friendly as well, always willing to help out & spot when needed & if you need to work a set in, they'll gladly let you.

This is a gym, not a big fancy foo foo "look at me" resort. It has all the necessary equipment to get the body you want. There are all the machines: elliptical, treadmills, rowing, stair masters, bikes, etc - all in front of numerous TVs. There are all the weight stuff you could imagine. There is a Kid Zone - a daycare room for the peak evening times. They also offer classes of sorts. Anyway, like I said, nothing fancy, but everything you need and then some. Oh yeah, the bathrooms are clean too!!

GYM:Gym was horrible, used a pass and couldn't even get a workout in and had to just go do anything to work off the pre. No water fountain (only one but broken), Not that many machines, Locker room was really musty and part of the gyms carpeted so it reeks. Machines are so dirty, i got some black idek... rust? on my hands. Limited weights, all old machines and not the good old school equipment. My family goes to equinox but there's not one here and i've been going to almost every gym around columbus, but this is one of the worst, better to just go to planet fitness. STAFF:Girl at the front desk was nice and welcoming but the Dude at the front desk was annoying kept looking at me like he hated me bc i used trial pass. He just worked out while he made the girl stay at the front.

Easily the best gym I have ever been a part of! If you're looking for a cozy place where you can relax on a treadmill at 2mph and eating donuts...this is not for you. But if you're looking for real results and a gym with actually iron and potential for gains, you came to the right place. The staff is very friendly and the facility is always neat and tidy. Not to mention the people that work out there are very helpful and will offer a spot before you even have a chance to ask. The group there in the morning will also show you better technique and let you work in with their sets. Always inviting to everyone and courteous of others routines! Overall, a 100% A+ experience and hope to see more people there chancing their fitness goals!
