It is an older gym so obviously don't expect anything spectacular. They have most equipments that you would need for a full workout, whether it be upper or lower body. They did a great job distancing the machines and the employees check to make sure the spray bottles are filled. It's easy check in and there's a parking lot. I use ClassPass, but you can get short term memberships for a decent price if you don't want to fully commit.

Even more broken down/failing equipment. Was on treadmill on 11/10/24. Heart rate jumped instantly from 85 to 128. Took hands off the sensors, heart rate was still being detected. The number of inconsiderate members who can't be bothered to wipe down the equipment continues to increase.Won't be renewing membership next year.

Awful cancelation process. You will have to jump through several hoops and pay for an extra month to get out of it

Pure scam of a gym. The rate is way to high for the poor quality/ broken equipment and the sauna is broke more times than not. Plus they make some ghetto ass passed they don't go on your keychain and are to big to fit in trifold wallets. They refuse to just look you up in system if you forget pass and give you a bunch of shit!

GROSS City Power ShackThings are getting ugly. Ever since Mark left, the Grove City Power Shack has been deteriorating. The place smells, the carpet is funky in a bad way, the equipment is dirty and falling into disrepair, and the men's locker room is - seriously bad. Hard to say if it is management or the employees but don't go there if you want a clean place.
