Powell Crossing

We moved into Powell Crossing just a couple of weeks ago, but so far we are absolutely loving it. We have had the opportunity to spend ALOT of time at home lately with Covid-19 and I have to say, we have no regrets whatsoever. We moved in knowing the location was amazing, we can walk to many of our favorite breweries and restaurants (shout out - Nocterra!). But with them being closed lately, we have found plenty of nearby parks and walking trails to keep us entertained. We have also enjoyed the community itself! Everyone we have met (though from afar - yay social distancing) has been so nice. The community is quiet and peaceful and we love seeing deer in the patch of woods behind our unit. The thing we were most worried about was the train, but it doesn't bother us at all, we've already grown to use it to tell time since it runs pretty regularly! A few of the things we have enjoyed most include the easy open, big windows, the large kitchen sink, and the deep bathtub. Come be our neighbors =)

We've been searching for a short term place to rent in Powell that would be newer, close to amenities and affordable. We found those attributes in Powell Crossing. We talked with Amanda to help find a unit that would best suit our needs and she was more than willing to do everything she could to help us. I was blown away by their customer service and professionalism. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that there were no green spaces outside the front or back doors of any of the units, meaning I would have to walk them across the busy parking lot or down the road to the park in order for them to have any outdoor play. Other than that it's a perfect place!

My fiancé and I have been residents at Powell Crossing for a year and some change. To this point, the community, staff, and actual complex have been awesome and extremely helpful. From compliance in the leasing department (Bobby and Whitney) to maintenance, my families needs have not only been met, but have exceeded expectation. Thank you to Champion for making it all possible!
