Porters Coffee House and Bakery

Stopped by this great little shop. Great little place to swing by with friends, fun little rooms to hang, great porch. Friendly and helpful staff.We had the Islander and an Iced Chai along with a couple of their delicious baked goods. A cinnamon roll and a sausage and cheese breakfast sandwich, so good.Grabbed a cookies and cream cookie to go!Will definitely stop back.

It's a small place but a busy place so be ready to wait since the line is long. What's longer is the drive through. Yup, they even have one of them. I will say the food is that good so the wait is worth it. But we did have to ask about our drinks. That's what took the longest. Even for a cup of water. There seemed to be well staffed, which means there was no more room behind the counter for more people. Just not sure why the drinks too so long. Would I come back? Only if I have time to waste and wait.

The food was delicious. I had a mozzarella roll and it was fresh out of the oven. The dough is yeasty and chewy with a nice seasoning on top. Gooey cheesy inside served with cold marinara. Should have been warm. The service is very very slow. I ordered - and paid for - an ice water to have with my food. It was finished about 5 min after I ate my food. The large decaf latte was also served late. My table mate ordered a hot tea which was finished after we ate. Literally hot water with a black tea bag. The place is busy but not too busy. Seems like they only had one person making drinks. The small interior can't accommodate all the customers. Lots of cars in the drive thru. The interior is very cute - gold accents, dark green paint, wood and marble look tables. Not sure I would return.

Came here to post up and get some coding but I need an advisor. At least we established that much. Got another little project completed step one of my little project. That's good. The service was excellent. The food I got snickerdoodle. Definitely recommend. And the ambience is just so cute. I'll be back. Like Schwarzenegger.

Such a cute little local coffee shop and I can't wait to go back!So many good options to choose from! I order an Iced White House Mocha with Oatmilk (white chocolate and caramel sauce) and my friends ordered the Drowsy Traveler frozen (vanilla bean sweetened milk, caramel drizzle and hot espresso shots) , and cinnamon rolls! This location was beautiful and clean from the main lobby to the restroom! Service was impeccable and the baristas were super kind and patient when trying to figure out what to order. And they even suggested from if their top favorite picks as well!

Coffee makes me go. Good coffee makes my day. My kingdom for a well executed dark roast and a splash of cream. I travel for work. When I return, making my pour-over tells me I'm home. In my hometown (which barely resembles the Picktown I grew up in), finding Porter's is as close as it can get. I've been in there more than enough to render a verdict. For that matter, look at the morning drive-through line!Other businesses serve a bitter brew meant for the sweetstorm it will be turned into (I'm looking at you Starbucks!) or others serving weak java. Porter's has light, medium and dark roast all smooth, rich and consistent. They can deliver your sugar rush, too. Plenty of great food options, as well. Quiches, scones, muffins, various pastries all good. Employees are efficient with a smile and the inviting decor is relaxing. This has become my sunrise stop-in and will remain so.

I stopped into Porters Coffee House and the overall impression is that it's a cute, small town coffee shop. The staff were friendly, the coffee was good, the scone I had was yummy. My only complaint/suggestion is that there's a need for much more soft seating. I don't love drinking my coffee in a metal chair, personally. Overall, a good coffee shop.

Very slow service. Went inside to order and no one was in front of me in line. At least 5 cars were served through the drive thru before my 2 drinks were ready. 20 minute wait. Other than that it's probably fine. This place is good for those certain high school kids that hang out at coffee shops. It will also be good if they bring their TikTok royalty checks. Pricey pricey for the drink drink. The coffee drinks are amazing though. I'll be back when I have a plenty of time to kill. Lavender seasonal coffee is 5 star.

The cinnamon rolls were large and fluffy with a mountain of icing on top. The vanilla chai was a powerful strong flavor. The iced mudslide coffee was a strong brew.

Absolutely love Porters! Their coffee is always delicious and made just as ordered. Their pastries are delicious, too. This location has a decent amount of space to sit inside and a very convenient drive thru. The baristas are always friendly and welcoming. They also have a rewards card to earn money off after purchasing so many drinks!
