Despite time worn appearance, this historic property is lovely inside. Charming, cozy. This is the guest cottage house.

Located in the heart of historic area surrounded by many older homes and residences.The building itself as you pull up to the property may appear "old" and that's because well ... it *is* an older historic property. The inside is very clean and very comfortable. Nice clean bathrooms. LOVE the vintage decor. Owner/operator Bruce was warm, kind and very hospitable. Just a super cozy cottage. If you are looking for "ultra modern" location, this may not be ideal for you BUT if you are looking for comforts of a home environment away from home with a vintage flair, this is the place for you! Lovely little place like a home away from home. Rooms are cozy, and all have private baths. But what you really come here for are the people, and the food. The breakfast is awesome! The best quiche I have ever had - ever. The couple that owns the place are very sweet and friendly, without being intrusive. They are an excellent antique resource. If you're ever in Granville, stay here!

This is a great bed and breakfast. Loaded with antiques and art, the bed was comfortable, the bath was great, the rooms clean, and breakfast was magnificent.
