Beware: Be sure to check your orders before driving away especially when ordering from drive thru!!! We ordered 18 pc family meal with 3 large sides. We had a mash/gravy and 2 coleslaw for that and here's what we saw when we got home. Barely half the cup. Would not come back to this location as other yelpers experienced the same thing. Do the employees consume them?

I've been here before and everything was fine but today was another story.. pulled in parking lot and there was a suv parked right in front of the door. I thought that was weird since it's literally 20 steps from the parking lot to the door. Went in to a clean store with no customers . The manager was sitting in the lobby taking job applications and then walked out to his car that was parked in front of the door. as an elderly woman struggled to go around it with her husband . The cashier didn't greet us and just stood there starring at us until we gave him our order. We asked me mashed potatoes and Cole slaw and which he rudely interrupted to tell us there "ain't no slaw" that's all he said . Didn't even tell us the total , my husband noticed the amount and handed him the money. He then walked away. While we waited I decided to go wait in the car because I could feel a horrible vibe in that place. Nobody was happy and all had HORRIBLE attitudes. When I went out to the car the person parked next to me had her door open to her car with smoke roaring out the door. Listen I don't mind people smoking weed but dang can't you wait until you leave the lot ? Or maybe where nobody else has to smell the skunk weed? The cashier and manager are horrible here and they all need jobs where they don't come into contact with other people! The "large" size was small and not filled up at all, the chicken was soggy and undercooked. Won't be back here

The worst Popeyes I've ever been to! The worst staff and they never have the food you want for whatever random reason, and the one time we did actually get an order, it wasn't good. Today they told me they don't have chicken wings because they're frozen. Wtf. Don't waste your time stopping here.

Went for lunch. Stood at counter with 10 people waiting. No one working counter. Never going back.

Having been a customer of Popeyes for years I stopped in at this location twice, thinking perhaps the first time when the food was horrible was an anomaly. It was not. I ordered their chicken tenders and received something akin to chicken jerky. Cold, flavorless, and most likely cooked a day or two ago, by a semi-rude employee who basically threw the bag at me through the drive-thru window. I will not be back, and I hope this review helps someone from a similar experience...eat somewhere else!

They serve old, cold, nasty food and then refused to give you a refund because the general manager said it was too much since when is $26 a lot of money the management doesn't get it they don't have a clue that's why there's so many One star reviews on Google as well The management is a joke they close the kitchen an hour before closing and then serve you whatever's been sitting around all night. My fries were so black and crusty. My chicken was just unbelievably old and dry. This place is a joke. Don't waste your time.
