Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Popeyes is winning the chicken sandwich war. The crispiness, Cajun spice, and buttery bun is simply a 10/10 combo. The ambience in this location is great and the staff were very pleasant to work with. There's a lot of open seating and the dining area and bathrooms are very clean as well. I was even able to get extra sauces as well (Sweet Heat and Honey BBQ go great with the sandwiches!). I definitely will be returning here for another meal and I had to bring some home for later!

As always, absolutely delicious. This location is super clean and friendly. The employee took the time while in the drive through to explain the new chicken sandwiches and very polite and accommodating. Also, inside restrooms are clean and the whole place is perfect. Ordered the spicy fried chicken sandwich and Cajun fries. Everything was fresh and delicious. Popeyes has the best fried chicken sandwich, no comparison and this location executed perfectly

This place was really good but my last two visit the chicken was dry hard as a rock and I couldn't even eat it. I didn't want to lose any teeth it was so hard and dry. My order was even a family meal during rush hours before dinner. The irony was I even passed the west broad street store! Sucks!! disappointing

Waited at counter about 5 min w/ o recognition. Called to employee if anyone is taking care of counter. Someone came over; told them I was dissatisfied w service and I would not be spending my money there. I left establishment. No reason in a fast food business the front counter should be ignored. Will be sending corporate my view.

The food was great. We use a bunch of coupons and they did not care and this was my first time trying Popeyes and tasted amazing. The service was quick efficient and they called our names correctly. The ambiance was also amazing. I would write this place five out of five any day just judging by how good the food was and how fast the service was.

I love Popeyes chicken so I've tried this location three times over the last two months. Each time, there were problems. I arrived at 4:15 on a weekday. I ordered a classic bundle and asked for macaroni & cheese. "We don't have that right now." So I ordered mashed potatoes. I drove to the window. After paying I was told to pull up to the next window to wait. I waited. A woman came to the window and was told, all we have our legs. Is that ok? "No, just give me my money back." I waited. A young man came to the window and said, We can give you spicy." No, I don't want spicy. I waited again. Finally, I called on my phone and was told classic was just coming out. I waited again. Next, the manager came to the window with my order, claiming they just had a rush. Looking around, I said it was dinner time and I've only seen one other car and no one eating inside. I mentioned the lack of macaroni & cheese and he said it was in the oven. Not once in three visits have they been ready for customers at dinner time and I have never been able to receive the food I wanted to order. After three attempts, I will not be back.

Every time we're here there are issues with service. Today I was in line at drivethru. No other car in the second line. I was told to wait a minute (turned it to be 3 minutes). Other car gets in second drive thru and they take her order first. Our meal was warm, not hot and missed our sauces.

So let me start by saying this place tucked bad. I ordered food and my whole order was wrong oh I mean everything I ordered wasn't in my bag. I got only a cold sandwich and cold fries. It was delivered this way. Not the first time either. I tried calling the store phone was off the hook which means no one was answering. So I went to the store. The inside was closed so I had to walk through the drive thru. I asked to speak to a manager, she ignored me. She said it was a Door Dash problem and screamed at me. I was nice but the rudness was not wanted. 1st it was not busy and 2nd it was Christmas Eve. I said I don't know what to do. She then came over a slammed the drive thru window and said she was going to call the police. All I wanted was my money back or just good customer service. By the way there were 6 team members in the location just standing around. Never going here again for sure. I also will be reporting them to there corporate. They don't even deserve one star. I work in retail food service and that was awful service.

Placed a mobile order for 7:30 and walked in exactly at 7:30, I stood by their pickup area for around 20 minutes as I watched 1 person running by around in the back doing their job and another employee yell at a customer for asking about a mobile order they had been waiting 45 minutes on. Overall the food was okay, they were out of a lot of stuff and the restaurant itself was cool, but the staff was either heavily understaffed and all had short fuses, or just need some help in customer management. Not worth the hassle of dealing with them, better off going to a different location.

food wasn't that good because they got our order wrong this has happened 3 times now and it's not fun. i don't recommend getting food here because it's going to be wrong and the service there isn't any better than the food.
