Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This is a CHICKEN RESTAURANT that serves unrecognizable crust balls! The chicken appeared to have set for hours.. the drive through will put any trash in your bad and seal the bag for a huge disappointing letdown when you open it !I personally don't go to drive throughs --- I go in, wait and ask for a cooks to order purchase. I will not waist my money there again!

Wins over KFC every time. Spicy is the way to go. Biscuits are a little dry. Could improve here.

Ordered via UberEats and maybe that was the issue. Food was cold. However once air fried everything was revived. The Spicy fish sandwich is pretty good for fast food. Shrimp tackle box was ok

This was very busy at noon on a Friday when I went. The wait actually wasn't too long, as sometimes it is at Popeyes; I waited 5 or 10 minutes. I got a chicken sandwich, which is a pretty good chicken sandwich, although not amazing. Crispy tender breast, good bun, good sauce. And I got some tenders to go. I asked for blackened tenders and these are not blackened, they're just the regular tenders. But, they are tender, and crispy on the outside, and flavorful. They come with a biscuit and a side, and I got the red beans and rice, which are pretty good. They also have sweet tea as a drink which is, again, pretty good. Service was good, prices are reasonable, they have a variety of options, (if you're into chicken.) They are about to have some competition because Chick-Fil-A is going in a block away. I'm not sure if the Chick-Fil-A in the mall food court will stick around.

Here's the funny thing about Popeye. Service at all of them is bad. But you put up with it because the chicken is good. But this location is different. If you go here you can get bad service, slow movement, the wrong order, and today, a 55 minute wait in the drive through. The one thing you can't get here? Chicken.

Three orders in a row. Every order missing major parts of the order. On this order, the 3rd one, we ordered a 2 piece dark, rice and beans, and a 3 piece dark, coleslaw.We got a 2 piece and three piece dark that were a total 5 legs (not a thigh in the bunch). We did not get the coleslaw or the red beans and rice.My wife drove back and they simply got the stuff of the shelf and put in a bag and gave it to her. No apology, no recognition, no nothing.We love Popeye's and will continue to go to their restaurants but we will no longer go to this restaurant. The service is horrible and no one cares.

On Saturday, August 14, 2021, at 10:30 a.m. I was the first customer of the day at Popeye's in Dublin, OH across from Tuttle Crossing Mall. The young woman working the drive thru was very sweet and efficient. When I got home I took a big bite out of the chicken breast I ordered, but the texture and taste was very unpleasant. It was unavoidable that I ended up swallowing the majority of the bite, but was able to spit some out. As you can see from the photos I took, the chicken was severely undercooked and quite a bit was truly raw. Zoom in on the photos and you will see for yourself. The chicken was so undercooked that it was exactly like raw chicken I buy at the grocery store. Within approximately 30 minutes I started feeling ill. I spent all of Saturday and most of Sunday either in bed or throwing up in the bathroom.I did manage to contact corporate customer service via email since I could not find a phone number for this specific location. My complaint included pictures and details about my experience. Customer service responded Saturday afternoon to say that she was sorry to hear that I was not feeling well after eating at their location at 5150 Tuttle Crossing Blvd and to apologize for what I experienced. The customer service agent informed me that she notified the restaurant owner and management team to make them aware of the situation and she also requested that they follow up with me about this as soon as possible. Four days later, I still have not received a response from Popeyes. I paid for raw chicken that made me sick for most of the weekend, but apparently this isn't important enough for a formal response, apology, and resolution.I have been an extremely loyal customer of Popeye's for more than 3 decades - way before the wildly popular and delicious classic chicken sandwich. I have told all my friends and family to try Popeye's throughout the years. I was beyond excited to learn earlier this year that a new Popeye's was opening in my neighborhood in Dublin. Unfortunately, being ignored after reporting this experience has permanently tarnished my feelings about Popeye's. There are food born illnesses, including salmonella, caused by consuming raw or undercooked chicken. This is a serious issue and complaint. In regards to my longtime love affair with Popeye's...I guess all good things DO come to an end.

This location is by far better than the location on West Broad Street. This location just opened up on 18th of March I believe. The line was wrapped around the building. When I say wrapped around the building, I mean the fact that when I was picking up my food the line was stretched around go to the right of me because there was such a long line in the drive thru. The set up is pretty decent. I don't think they'll have any issues with parking for people who choose to come inside.There were also people in the lobby. A ton. Looked like a line for the restroom. Today, I sat in the drive through line for about 30 minutes. I was on the phone so it didn't bother me but, if I had been on a lunch break or something, that would have been trouble. Since the line was wrapped, it would be been impossible to leave the line once in it. My food was hot and the person who took my order was friendly. The woman who handed me my food was also very friendly, personable and fun. My food was fresh, and I did not have any complaints. My chicken was crispy and juicy. Fries were crispy on the outside and warm inside. They actually didn't forget my sauces! The strawberry lemonade was very very sweet. I'm not a big fan of sweet I expected it to be a little more sour, but overall, the meal was worth my $10.I received my order almost instantly after pulling up. I felt that they were trying to move things as quickly as I could. Overall, I would definitely go back but I'll wait until the hype dies a bit before I go with time constraints. I know that a lot of people were excited to have a Popeyes in the area, so I'm sure business will continue to boom to some extent. Thanks for coming to Dublin!

Terrible would not suggest this location at all employees are either high or have a very bad attitude and are in no rush to get your order right!

Went to Popeyes and ordered the chicken tenders big box meal. The food was so delicious. The chicken was crispy, but moist. The Mac and cheese was so good, and the biscuit was amazing. The gentleman who took my order was very professional. I will definitely go there again.
