Fantastic service and excellent food quality! We just love Polaris Grill! Our lunch was a fresh and flavorful Walleye Sandwich and a Fresh Berry Salad and a Fried Green Tomato and Shrimp appetizer. Flavorful, great seasonings (chefs are excellent), and Darren and the team (we ate at the bar), are so friendly and welcoming! No matter what you eat, you won't be disappointed!

Kinda forget about this place as it's a little off the road, but you see it off the highway. Our server was very good and explain each entree we were thinking about ordering. I had the cheese ravioli which was good. If you're really hungry you may want to order something else. For desert was Creme Brule which was very good, but I prefer less whip creme and more Brule. Another place to check out.

Haven't been here in a long time so we decided to stop by and have dinner . Ruth was our server and did a great job in answering our questions and describing some of the dishes .I had the maque choux which was very good . Couldn't eat all of it so brought the left overs home for another meal. My daughter had the six cheese ravioli which she really liked and my granddaughter had the chicken and Tasso penn . Which was also good . Over all it was a very nice meal . Had the crème brûlée for desert, which was covered with whipped cream and strawberries, alittle different but very good

I'd like to start off by saying our server, Matt, was excellent! He checked in just enough, was friendly and knowledgeable. We started with the bread, calamari, and seasonal tomato basil bisque. The bread tasted fresh and was delightful dipped in the soup. The tomato bisque could've been warmer, but had a great fresh basil flavor. The calamari was delicious, however very salty and filling. I enjoyed the crunchy jalapeños and banana peppers tossed in.For my entree, I ordered the Grill Mix (salmon, one crab cake, and a filet) that came with seasonal "roasted" vegetables (I think they were steamed) and a heap of buttery smashed red skin potatoes. The salmon was a little tough but the glaze was sweet and tasty. The crab cake stole the show. The filet was also a bit tough but had great flavor. Portion sizes were hefty and our party of two could've definitely split my plate! We ended the meal with the seasonal pumpkin cheesecake after swearing we did not need dessert. It was fluffy, full of creamy pumpkin flavor and not too heavy. Overall would return if I'm ever back in the area! PS- Highly recommend sitting on the lovely patio if the weather permits! Lots of healthy beautiful plants and space between tables.

Great service and menu. The food was excellent. We would definitely go back. We were in a side dining room, which was a little crowded and loud, but otherwise nice.

Too many misnomers. Cheesy grits? No, these are not. I can't taste any cheese and it is actually corn pudding. Tastes fine but not what I wanted when I ordered "cheesy grits."The California omelette is bland, and I had to add salt and pepper. Normally I don't add salt and pepper at a restaurant because it's unnecessary. The Bellini is supposedly made with peach puree, but I can't taste that either. It's a fine drink, but not what's advertised. Kids Mac and cheese is noodles plus cheesy liquid at the bottom of the bowl. Disappointing.

Polaris Grill is a delightful gem tucked away from Polaris Parkway. We sat on the expansive patio which was breezy and made you feel miles away from the road.We split the crab cake appetizer which was flavorful and not overly breaded. I got the salmon Oscar and the salmon and crab were cooked perfectly. My husband got their seasonal mango pork chops and loved them. The service was friendly and attentive and overall this is a great place for a nicer dinner that's not pretentious. I would highly recommend!

We went to Polaris Grill for my birthday, Feb. 13. We did make reservations for 4:45 because it was the day before Valentine's Day. Glad we did, because it got busy soon after that. That was our first visit, and I found it to be very pleasant. Stopped at the bar first because that's where the happy hour prices are applied. House cab was very good. The ambiance of the restaurant is somewhat elegant, but not too fancy. It was quieter than many places I've been. The food was excellent! I had Walleye Almandine which was lightly breaded, but baked instead of fried. My son had the crab cakes, and my husband had the salmon Oscar. They both really enjoyed their meals as well. (I tasted the salmon - very yummy!) I didn't eat my whole meal because I wanted to save room for dessert: the chocolate mousse cake. That was also superb, but I did have to take part of it home as well. Our waitress, who told us she was from Poland, was attentive, but not annoying.

One of my favorite places. Love their seasonal menus. Today was Madri gras specialities. The jambalaya was-very well prepared with the right amount of spice. The gumbo was excellent. Finished off with upside cake and an Irish coffeeservice was-excellent. Our server did an outstanding job without hovering. Also has a-brunch menu.
