Plaza Pizza

Ever since I came to Plaza Pizza last year I have been absolutely craving the Torpedo Sub and their Shirley Lou!As far as I'm concerned the Shirley Lou is still thee best dessert pizza on the face of the earth! Someone has yet to change my mind? Word around the campfire there's a new location in Johnston opening soon.

Not sure what is going on there but the pizza quality seems to be slipping. The last two orders we have placed just seemed off. Less pepperoni sauce sweeter and the crust less done thicker is some spots than others almost uncooked doughy in those thick spots. We ordered a pepperoni and mushroom and both got very ill with some level of food poisoning "you know all the bathroom fun I'm talking about" I am currently good on ordering pizza for quite a while now and It will probably not be from there anymore. Sorry to anyone that listened to me about how they were better than the newark store guess the same now.

Where to go for delicious pizza? Here of course!This is their second location. We tried their dessert pizza this visit. Ohhh yum! Do yourself a favor and try the apple pizza. Friendly service. Easy to order to go. We stopped by their original location last summer and enjoyed their bbq chicken pizza. We look forward to coming again next time we are in town.

We got pizza from Plaza for a team night while playing a soccer tournament in Newark. The pizza was decent, but I personally was not a huge fan of the crust. I did not go in so I am unable to describe the ambiance.

This pizza was by far one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time. It was hot fresh and so delicious! We had a small group of people and everyone loved it. We ordered a large BLT (my favorite- so delicious) a large pepperoni and a large meat and veggie pizza. We had all but one piece left! I will definitely be ordering from here when I'm back in town!

Dirty and unwelcome feeling. No dine in. It looked so bad we wouldn't even order takeout!

We where craving Plaza Pizza and I was in Heath so we decided to order from there. Never again. They had a promotion that you could only redeem via the phone and when I called they basically said sorry about your luck and your $60 order. The woman I spoke to was very rude and extremely unhelpful. I will stick to the original Plaza Pizza on Mt Vernon Rd. I had to wait 20 extra minutes for the order and these people don't seem to care about their customers, no wonder they slow on a Friday night. Lesson learned the hard way.

Hot fresh and delicious. Always a great experience start to finish. From the ordering (always polite and efficient on the phone and online ordering super easy and convenient) to the pick-up (hot and ready when I'm told it will be and always greeted with smile) to the finished product being totally satisfying. If you want a tasty pizza, a good sub or a fresh salad, Plaza is def one I'd recommend. 100%

The pizza was spot on as it normally is. I drive over 35 miles to get their pizza. They just don't make pizza like this where we live. Friendly staff, Clean place. Can't go wrong on this one!
