Westerville Planet Park; viewing playground equipment from swingset. My gson has enjoyed this park since he was 2 months old.
Planet Westerville Park ....ground level of park equipment
The covered benches in the middle of the playground make it shady in the middle of a hot summer's day

Great play area - they have some swings and lots of places to climb with a few slides. There is a play area for smaller toddlers (2-5) and another for larger kids (5-12). There is also a small shelter close by to at you can rent and bathrooms (sign says they close late Oct to mid-April). We will be back!

The playground at Huber Village Park has its own name, I guess, and it is a pretty impressive playground. Looking like a castle from the parking lot, it is big, with assorted equipment for all ages. Several benches for parents to relax in the shade while their kids go nuts. Swings, slides, "rocks" to climb, rope bridges, etc., etc. Baby K had a blast. Small drinking fountain outside, not very toddler-friendly, so bring a water bottle. There are restrooms not far away in the park. Plenty of parking.

The Planet Westerville is a nice large playground with 2 bucket swings and 2 regular swings and an intermediate swing . In the middle of the playground is a covered area with 2 metal benches so you can be shaded from the sun. There are 4-5 other metal benches scattered inside the playground, some are shaded. The playground is fenced with only one entrance so the children cant wander off. There are several slides, climbing walls and webbed ropes. It is probably the nicest playground in a 2 mile radius of Spring Street and Huber Village Blvd. It used to be known as the Wooden playground but was modernized to metal and plastic playground equipment a few year ago.
