What a disappointment. When I joined Planet Fitness over a year ago it was clean and the employees were always busy and attentive. Within the last few months trash cans are full, tanning beds are not cleaned well (I clean them myself before use now), paper towels to clean equipment are not stocked or the rolls are just sitting on the trash cans. The staff is lazy. They are always on their phones when clearly there are areas needing attention around the gym not to mention I stood at the desk waiting while an employee had their back to me doing whatever on their phone. The camera must not work above the check in counter either that or never looked at by management because if it were and management cared they would see the staff are neglecting their duties by being constantly on their phones and not taking care of the gym. Because I have enjoyed Planet Fitness until recently I have remained hopeful that things will change however the gym across the road is beginning to look better and better. Come on Planet Fitness do better.

You can't jump rope inside this franchise apparently. Been jump roping 6 months and got told I'm not allowed all of a sudden. What a joke. Staff is very rude and always on their phones. Never once given goggles for tanning.

rude members. staff asked me to workout faster.sime machines not working. staff stand around and look at their phones all shift. too many treadmills not enough weight machines. staff takes weights away from smith machine are and makes member fight for them duecto shortsgees caused by staff. hours are not 24/7, but only 24/5 and closes early on Fri, sat. Sunday. clientel are dangerous.
