This food taster and critic gives a thumbs up prices aren't super cheap but not ridiculously priced either.
Fenced in kids area with plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas for shade and lots to keep the kids busy!
The kids area. Rest period every hour at ten til until the top of the hour.
Water slides
Shaded tree area and view of the pool
Lots of eyes on the kids at all times, which is always a plus.
Super cool community pool. $9 per person for a day pass. Has a nice big slide, mini water park attractions, etc.

Nice pool set among trees. There is a grassy area with two picnic tables and I think those can be reserved. It isn't easy to see the pool from that area, but it is nice and shady. They have a concession and ice cream vending machines. There is a slide that uses inflatable tubes and my kids said there aren't many tubes and some kids just hold onto them repeatedly. The other slide is a body slide and my kids said it was rough on their backs. The little kids area is fun and has a good amount of water things to do. Parking is easy and there is an overflow area.

This is where we spend our summer. We love this pool for a variety of reasons. The biggest reason for us is the fenced in younger kids pool with tons of fun aquatic playground equipment that keeps my five year old and his friends busy for the entire day. The perimeter of the kids area is lounge chairs with large shade umbrellas overhead throughout, for those who prefer it. The set up of the kids area provides added safety as there are always many sets of eyes on the kids at any given time. Many parents sit along the graduated edges of the pool, in the lounge chairs or walk through the pool with their little ones. This is the pool where I feel the least amount of anxiety if I lose sight of one of my kids for a few seconds. I have always found other parents there to be friendly and helpful and ensuring all of the kids are safe seems to be a unified group effort. There are also two lifeguards who are on their feet circling the kids area at all times. They are very good about staying vigilant and when bigger kids come in they are quick to ask them to go to the other pool area if they are being too crazy or not with the family of a little one using the kids pool. My oldest is not into swimming in the little kids pool, although she will for her brother. She's a great helper but she likes to bring a friend her age to swim with in the deep end. The large pool has the graduated edge at the shallow end, perfect for the little ones. (& mama's that want to get a tan ) The large pool is separated into 3 areas. The shallow area (goes up to 3-4ft) and has some water sprayers and the big mushroom shaped water fountain, the middle is around 5ft and kids with floaties on their arms or life vests can swim in this 'deep end'. The largest section is the 'real' deep end (as we call it ) and no arm floaties or life vests of any kind can be worn in this area. This area also always has 2 lap lanes available. There are plenty of lifeguards placed around the pool strategically and they are always on alert and paying close attention. We have seen them jump down more than once to assist situations that they didn't end up being needed for but it's nice to know that they don't wait to find out if they're needed, they jump in immediately as if someone's life depended on it- which it could have. The back section of the aquatic center has the two large slides for children/adults over 45" tall. One slide is an enclosed tube slide that you go down on your back, arms crossed across chest. The other slide is open and you pick up an inflatable donut raft on your way up to use on your ride down the slide. Both look pretty awesome but I haven't tried either as my kids are not fond of heights. Friends that we've been with have loved it though and go down them over and over again. The food here is pretty legit! My food critic children give it a thumbs up. They serve Jets Pizza which is our favorite. You can order by the slice or can order an entire pizza (wait time is typically about 20-30 mins for the whole pizza) they also have hot dogs, soft pretzels, etc. The typical concession stand food but better. It isn't cheap but it's reasonably priced. We tend to pack most of the time unless we're staying into the evening. One thing we do always get though is ice cream or popsicles! They have 4 ice cream vending machines although 3/4 of the time we try them they are not working. Luckily, the concession stand offers a few ice cream and popsicle options as well. The seating at this pool has always worked out really well for us. We have found a spot for 3-4 kids, myself and our Wonderfold wagon 9 out of 10 visits. There are those random, super hot and sunny days where it is packed but usually it's not too bad. There are huge shade umbrellas throughout the lounge areas for people who prefer sitting in shade. I prefer the sun and there's plenty of seating for that as well. They also have nice, clean restrooms with attached locker area and a shower/changing area. The mens and womens are two separate buildings although you'll see your fair share of little boys in the ladies room. Overall, this pool has been perfect for us. It's our summer hangout. They offer a season membership for around $355 but this year we decided on their discount pass for multiple individual visits. You get 12 visits for $85. When we run out we just reload our card with 12 more visits. If you just want to pay to get in each time you visit, I believe it's around $10-12 per person. Definitely worth it if you get there early and make a day of it. I highly recommend this pool especially for those with small children. We are wrapping up the swim season next weekend and are already anticipating next summer!

Pretty good for the most part. A little pricey for the time spent but it is kept nice and lots of attention from the lifeguards. Sometimes they could have a better pricing considering their own events. I was charged the full amount one day when I only got two hours before they closed for swimming meet. They did have it posted and they were transparent. Just been nice to get a little break instead of a full day charge if you are coming in 2 hours before they know they are shutting down early.
