Pizzeria New York

Carry out only. Lots of toppings to choose from. Pizza, calzones, salads, desserts. I ordered pizza and it's exactly like what you get in NYC. Delicious thin crust.

Have to raise my score. Had family in town from NY for Easter and they liked it. We tried it a few days before the big local chain pizza in town. It was better. Looking forward to trying more pies.

Okay, I must say that I was a little skeptical at first, but that skepticism subsided quickly after the first bite. I was pleasantly surprised with this pizza and will definitely be back for more. My main reason for being apprehensive is due to my place of origin. I'm from the city of Brooklyn, New York, home of the best pizza in the united states. Anytime I hear someone say they have new york pizza or I see an establishment with New York or east coasts style pizza, I get suspicious. Most times, these places don't fit the bill. Pizzeria New York has the look of a pizza from my hometown, but the flavor isn't quite there. Now, does this mean it was terrible? Not at all; the pizza was quite delicious. I won't belabor my review with the characteristics of New York-style pizza and why New York Pizzeria didn't taste like home, but I call you the flavor of the pizza I got was great. Savory sauce and the right amount of cheese (I asked for my pizza to have light cheese) with their in-house-made Italian sausage was scrumptious. The Italian sausage was some of the best I've had here in central Ohio. New York-style crust tends to be savory with a really crispy/crunchy outer layer and extremely chewy innards; pizzeria new york's crust is a little on the sweet side of things, but that is okay because it plays along well with everything else.

This gem of a pizza place is easy to miss as it's a small location in a shopping center but I'm glad I found this place. I've gotten take out on three separate occasions, I am not sure if you can eat inside though. Anyhow, I've had the pizza twice. The slices are a good size! The first time it was great - super crunchy crust and perfectly melted cheese. The second time, the cheese was kind of gunky and it was just ok. The last time I ate here, I got the cheesy bread because my boyfriend wanted a sub. Didn't try the sub but the cheesy bread was to freaking die for. SO CHEESY and GOOEY and delicious.

I had a bad experience around 7 months back or so, the food just wasn't cooked right it was very doughy, but i decided to give it a try again on Friday night. The food was delicious! The staff were very nice. The woman who took my order was very nice and suggested things from the menu for me to try because i had no idea what i wanted and was hesitant from the last experience. I definitely recommend the "New York White" and the Pinwheels. Will be ordering here for my family more!

Excellent pizza! Stone fired oven. Fresh, fresh fresh salads and the Italian sub is off the charts!The New York White pizza with Ricotta cannot be missed. Love this place! Been there three times in the last two weeks and it's now my favorite local pizza place!

The last time that we ordered from here they were very chintzy with the toppings even though we had paid extra. When I called in today to order I explained what had beeen done on last order. i was told they use the same amountof toppings on all of their pizzas so I cancelled my order. They are to many othe pizzaa places that stil put adequate toppings on the pizza. i feel that if I pay extra to get mushroom and onions on one side and oldfashioned pep on th other that we should get what we pay for, not less. When we first started ordering from this cmpany they they had adequate toppings and they have since raised their prices to compensate for product increase so why did they reduce the amount?

I really like their pizza. One of my favorite toppings is mushroom. Always hot and ready on time.

Good food. Friendly employee. Ready at promised time. I liked the Stromboli. My husband liked the pizza.
