Delivery came quickly and pizza was hot. We were less thrilled with the very heavy toppings on a nice thin crust. Would love a better balance. Even the single topping pepperoni had way too much. If you like mostly toppings and very little crust, this is the place for you!The square cuts were fun but seemed wasteful. No one ate the triangles and arcs created around the edges.

Our first time here and we were very, very tired, we mistakenly thought we were stopping at the Cottage Inn for pizza. We quickly realized our mistake upon arrival. We did, however, find a comfy, cozy place to relax with family and friends while enjoying this Ohio style pizza that has made a lasting impression with us. We like lots of toppings, especially the cupping style pepperoni and plenty of iced tea. We're still deciding the cost value vs experienced received. It's 50/50.Sadly, the young lady serving us showed little patience or civility. Clearly unhappy about something, we managed a smile when she told us the odd spelling of her name. We tried, but she really put a damper on an otherwise wonderful evening. 07/24

This Pizza Cottage is located off Hill road and Refugee road in Pickerington. We stopped into this location after supporting a friend's son during the rivalry football game between North vs Central. We arrived around 10:30 pm with a large appetite and thrist. Ordered some drinks and a medium pizza with some of our favorite toppings. Cocktails were light on the pour but didn't expect a heavy pour non the less. The service was slow to acknowledge we drank our cocktails fast with no offer of another. That didn't sit well with me so we just didn't ask for another by the time our pizza arrived. We got pepperoni, mushrooms, sausage and banana peppers. The pizza was edge to edge toppings and crispy throughout. Who likes a middle piece and that piece is soggy, nope, not this pizza! Deliciously crispy and I had to fight with my husband for those middle pieces. Not usually a thing. Ha. The sauce was sweet, the sausage was chunky, salty and big, the mushrooms were slightly rubbery and banana peppers gave this all character. This pizza place has all the makings of a great foundation, however, a few things would make this a 4-5 star. The quality of toppings are everything to tie the pizza together and attentiveness of the service staff. The perfect amount of sauce and cheese along with the crispy crust was the winner. We don't live in Pickerington nor close to another Pizza Cottage so not sure I am craving to return but wouldn't snub my nose to it either.

Pizza Cottage was great. HOWEVER, be aware that if you use the online ordering through YELP - they charge more than calling and ordering directly from Pizza Cottage. We were charged $15.00 more than the menu prices!!!!!!! In addition, our order did not go through correctly and I had to call Yelp/GrubHub directly at 1-877-585-1085

Good service, clean, fresh food, plenty of parking (but this place does tend to get busy). Pizza is the star of the show, and my favorite is the BLT pizza. It's on a white cracker crust and just melts in your mouth. I live out of state, and when I'm in the area, I always get one to take him (it's that good!). The menu has something for everyone, very family friendly place.

While visiting family they brought me to Pizza Cottage for lunch. They clearly come in a lot bc waiter, Eric, knew them and their orders. He was a good waiter so explained their loyalty. They have a nice lunch special with entree, side and drink. I opted for the calzone. It was cooked golden brown and was delicious. Perfect size and thin crust so not overly doughy like some places. Definitely a pizza place to check out in Lancaster!

The pizza was delicious and our server Kaylin was a sweetheart also . They make some of the best pizza and we eat a lot of pizza ! Great pizza and friendly staff! The quality is good whether eating in or taking out. They have the basics as well as a variety of specialty pizzas. The cauliflower crust is awesome with a thin, crispy texture. One of the best cauliflower crusts I have tried.
