We stopped by this sweets shop while on our way to the book loft and it was a pleasant surprise :)Their team was very welcoming and patient while we browsed the options. I got a raspberry macaroon and another cookie that I can't remember the name of, they were each great.

Ordered their Iced Pistachio Latte. It was a little steep for coffee at $9 IMO. But I would say that the latte was good, but I'm not sure if it was $9 good tho. The latte was a good balance between coffee and milk. The pistachio taste was very present in this drink. It'll hit you once you drink it. A little disappointed that their elote croissant was not on their menu (it's on their summer menu tho). I got the french onion croissant instead and it wasn't anything too special.

This. Place. Is. Everything. My husband, brother and I decided to stop by Pistacia Vera while visiting Columbus after hearing numerous good reviews, and it did not disappoint. There were so many mouthwatering pastry options. We tried the almond croissant, chocolate croissant, and pistachio cookie. They were all incredible. What I still dream about, however, is the pistachio latte. I had it hot and my husband iced, and both were incredible, with a slightly stronger flavor profile with the hot latte. My husband remarked it was the best latte he's ever had, and we drink a LOT of coffee! The service was pretty quick with very kind baristas. There is not much indoor seating and some limited patio seating outside. Can't wait to be back here!

I visited Pistacia Vera for the first time today, and it was a delightful experience. The interior's high ceilings, exposed brick, and beautifully arranged pastries created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Choosing a pastry was tough because everything looked amazing, but the friendly staff helped me decide.I decided to try the orange brioche, which was fluffy and flavorful, with a subtle hint of orange. On the staff's recommendation, I paired it with apricot jam--a perfect combination that elevated the pastry even more. The only downside was the lack of indoor seating. Given the cold weather, I took the pastry home, but I'm looking forward to returning in warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor seating. This bakery impressed me with its ambiance, friendly service, and delicious pastries. I can't wait to try more of their offerings in the future!

It was amazing! We loved it so much. The coffee was great and the bakery was so tasty. Good service too. When we were waiting for our coffee someone came in and the barista could call his name out. Very friendly environment. It was too cold to sit outside but I could imagine it would be nice sitting outside in a sunny day

Always a fan of this place. Hadn't been back for years. Wish they still had seating inside. I don't understand it.Unfortunately, they got rid of my favorite (orange brioche) for some seasonal items like the ones I tried. Nice to see they are rotating new items but miss the brioche. The taro seasonal drink is fantastic. Would like to try the strawberry matcha next time.

My partner introduced me to Pistacia Vera. He spoke highly of the macaroons and how they were so much better than another place he'd previously visited regularly.I finally decided to try it out, and although I didn't have the macaroons, what I did have was excellent. I had the Lemon Tart and the chocolate bombe. It's a small place, and it was very busy when I went. However, the service was quick and friendly, so being temporarily cramped for space wasn't a big issue. They do have outdoor seating, so that's a plus on nice weather days. Overall, my visit to Pistacia Vera was well with it, and I'd recommend everyone try them out.

Pastries are HUGE and savory ones are so well seasoned. The best quiche I've had in a long time. Cherry almond pastry is DELICIOUS. The space is so lovely and service is friendly. Drinks were a bit of a letdown. No almond milk, which was a bummer. Pistachio latte didn't taste like pistachio at all - and drinks are very pricy.

I've been coming here more consistently over the last month and every time I am very impressed! Some of my favorite items are the pain au chocolate, honey butter latte, and the yogurt bowl. Everything is so fresh! The honey butter latte is addictive, not overly sweet with a little saltiness! The yogurt bowl is also great, I love the addition of the raspberry jam with the fresh fruit. Never time I stop in, I plan to buy a bag of their granola. The shop is so cute, with limited outdoor seating. The staff is always kind and they give great recommendations if you are indecisive.

Pistachia Vera is a temple to the art of baking. I don't know how else to describe it. Every creation showcases a mastery of flavor and technique that feels effortless yet completely unmatched. The French onion croissant is nothing short of magical--everything you love about the best French onion soup, folded into buttery, (beef stock laminated) flaky layers. The chai spice danish is equally stunning, with spices that unfold in waves. After the first bite, there's a warmth that lingers and washes over your tongue, leaving you in awe of how perfectly balanced it is. And then there's the pistachio latte, their crowning achievement. Made with house-crafted pistachio paste, it's velvety, balanced, and unlike any latte you've ever had. What sets Pistachia Vera apart is how natural this level of perfection feels. They don't just surpass other bakeries, they redefine the standard. You don't just leave satisfied; you leave amazed.
