Been living here for a few months now, super quiet neighborhood and Sam (the property manager) is a blessing. All the staff is super friendly too, I highly recommend checking the place out. It's pretty spacious and the apartments are beautiful. For the area and the price, you cannot find anything better!

I just moved here in July and I really like it so far. Positives: A walk in closet, washer and dryer and dishwasher all in your apartment. Your own entrance and personal address. Plenty of parking. The pool is extremely clean all of the time. It's also quiet. Really quiet. I moved to Columbus for a new job at Polaris and consider this apartment a good find. I had to deal with maintenance when I moved in and a single light wouldn't work and the problem was fixed in a day. I hear from other neighbors that maintenance was efficient when they needed something as well.Cons: The appliances are old. Not to say they don't work (mine have had no problems!), but have a bigger potential to break down. The only other con is that being near Polaris and schoolbus stops traffic is awful 3-6 every day, but if you're looking in this area you probably know that going in.There were some potholes but nothing like the other reviewers pictures. The potholes that were here when I moved in seem to have been fixed and patched. Even with these cons it's hard to find the previously mentioned amenities for 600 dollars a month, especially by Polaris. There are people paying this much for a cramped studio in places like Short North. I really like living here and am glad I found this place!

Look elswhere. During rush hour, it is difficult to get anywhere without adding 15 minutes to your commute. Noise from the highway (I-71) keeps you up if you try to get any fresh air at night. Old school window mounted air conditioner is 110 volt unit, and costs lot more money to operate than any 220 volt central air. Our microwave proudly sports a stamp "manufactured in 1987." When I called the office to have this non-functional microwave serviced, they called my girlfriend with a nasty message that since she is the primary person on the lease, only she can call for service. No one ever showed up to fix the sparking microwave, or the leaking toilet. The A/C unit has worked for about half of the Columbus summer. I know it's not Atlanta hot, but we had a couple of 95-100 degree days. Customer service is frustrating right from the start. You will know just what I mean after your first visit to this place. One star because I could not leave zero stars.

I have liked living at pierpont for the most part. It has been very affordable for the area. The renovated apartments are really nice & we loved being the first ones to live in it since reno. The only complaint I have is that our down stairs neighbor smokes in her apartment & the smell leaks into ours. We made the leasing office aware of this and they told us she was allowed to smoke in it if she wanted to. The smell has gotten better but there are times when we can really smell it. Other than that, they have been good about fixing any issues we may have almost the next day after mentioning it.
