I have been here 3 times since Thanksgiving Day...They take reser if needed and they have carry out..The Crab Leg combos are EXCELLENT! drink too..Can't wait for their new location in the Stonebridge Shopping-Center to open up.. its closer to my home..Try it out.. I haven't heard any complaints for any of my friends and family...

(Update)Cut the crap Pier One. Your "response" is pure lies!!! Your waitress communicated very clearly exactly what was done to my food. Stop passing the buck. Let me guess, the waitress is also to blame for your manager's lack of professionalism, and abundance of disrespect. He screamed at me, then stormed off without even hearing what I had to say. Unacceptable and inexcusable. That's the waitresses fault too right? Your manager and kitchen crew got caught giving below standard food and customer service. Just own it and improve. I personally wouldn't step foot in that hellhole if I was offered a lifetime supply of seafood boils. And I still stand firm in saying no one else should either. This place is DISGUSTING. As I said before to anyone reading this... EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK. (Original post below)If I could give this place a ZERO I would. I have never in life been to a place where the customer service was THIS bad. First off, the moment I entered the door I asked to be seated at a booth, but was told their booths were reserved for parties of two. I saw no problem with that and proceeded to be asked to sit next to an outlet. My waitress, who was super kind and professional, ended up sitting me at a booth after all next to an outlet. The manager starts screaming at the waitress from behind the bar for seating me there. Then looks at me and rolls his eyes. Against my better judgement I stayed. I ordered my meal (a crab boil bag), and when it came it was missing my crab legs I ordered. I asked the waitress (a new woman who was very professional and kind) to take the entire plate back and have the kitchen make me a FRESH BAG with my crab legs IN THE BAG this time. I told her I do not want any of the contents in the FIRST BAG/plate to be in the next bag. I wanted everyone freshly made. She assured me it would all be brand new content and that she threw the bag in the TRASH. I don't want to eat cold egg, cold potatoes and muscles that were re-warmed , so that was reassuring to me.Moments later she comes back with my "new bag" (so I thought) with my crab legs. I started to eat....next thing I notice I see my half eaten egg from the FIRST bag and the half eaten potato and corn cop that was eaten off of...again from the FIRST BAG. I called the waitress back and I told her to bring the manager over. He came over with a horrible attitude and started arguing with me because I ate three muscles (before I noticed they were NOT FRESH) and accused me of ordering and EATING a pound. It was half a pound I ordered. I told this jerk there clearly is a miscommunication with your waitress and the kitchen because I wanted a fresh meal. The waitress was confused and told the manager she threw my first plate in the trash. Did the manager/staff pull the contents from the trash and placed it backOn the second plate then served it to me??!?!The manager then stated counting the content in the bag and tried to make me pay for it. I told him, in so little words, I'm not paying for a thing on or off this table and or plate. He starts speaking some gibberish I didn't understand and then storms off. Why?! Why the hostility?! I hope it's not because of the way I look?? His staff sure did have a lot to say regarding how he treats "customers of color", but I'll leave it at that. Save your money, the food wasn't that good anyway. Watery and bland spices and . All of which I can look past. BAD Customer services is something I can not.

This was my first Crab Boil and I was nothing but impressed. Our server thoughtfully answered all of our questions and brought our drinks out in less than a minute. Our drinks were never empty before he brought us refills. The food was also out to the table in about 10 minutes or less. The seafood was all incredibly fresh and well cooked. The crab legs were cooked to perfection and cracked open so easily. Highly recommend!

Well we tried this new restaurant we had some boiled seafood . We were not disappointed the food was hot seasoned and delicious. They have a full service bar several TVs and a nice friendly staff. I had the 1/2 lb crabs and 1/2 lb clams both in the Pier house sauce that's delicious . We had a nice waitress also . We also tried the whiting and Cajun fries . So the menu is fried or boiled . They had some items I want to go back and try so we will be back!

Food first!... food was just ok! I got a bag with half lbs shrimp, half lb of snow crab and added sausage! I will say the shrimp and sausage u get plenty of... not so much crab just 1 claw! I still got a full belly though so no complaints. Flavor was ok. It's not like the food was so great i can't wait to go back.. but it wasn't bad like I'll never eat here again! If that make sense... So the staff.... our waiter was very good. But the front staff or the hostess was not good at all! Came in she ask how many i said 2 she said "he will be right with you" pointing to a guy that was running back and forth manager I'm guessing... ok so we sit and wait!! The the front area starts getting full.... I realized she never said how long the wait would be or took a name!! And i was gonna be pissed if other people got seated before us... i go back up and ask do you know how long the wait will be...she said I'm not sure home many? i said do u want to take my name! She acted like she did not want to write my name down and rolled her eyes... few mins later we were seated but if i Didn't get back up and make her write my name we would of got skipped! They need a better system!

Finally decided to try this place out for the first time yesterday....Never. Freaking. Again. It was horrible. I ordered a boiled bag w/ snow crab legs, shrimp, and sausage with Hot Pier 11 sauce. The sauce looked and tasted like dirty ass, thin ass bath water. The shrimp also wasn't clean and had big chunks of feces in every piece. I couldn't even finish my meal. I am utterly disgusted.

Super disappointed in this restaurant. I have been going here for years and this is the only sea food place me and my family likes to go to but not anymore after the experience I had today. I will be getting the word out to anybody that will listen to not go to this location or any pier 11's for that matter. Today I received expired food, I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager. I didn't even speak to the manager because the same guy that answered the phone and said he would go get the manager was also the guy that gave me a 10 percent discount on my next order. I personally feel like 10 percent isn't enough but hopefully this will help someone save their money and breath on cussing them out for giving them expired food as well. Although this is my first time receiving a boil like this I won't be returning, I'm very disgusted.
