Beach bread slaps, yo! I really enjoyed the upgraded seating on the outside of the building, kept my wife and I nice and cool while we enjoyed our sub sandwiches and beach bread! Great food for an after beach snack for kiddos or for a break in the middle of a long fishing day. Owners are pretty cool, super knowledgeable of the community and its people, restaurant is definitely a staple of this area!

Someone picked up a pizza for an easy dinner. I wish I liked it because the owner is local. At best for me it was okay. Me, I will drive into Mansfield for Deschners which is more my style. I like my pizza with an abundance of toppings and a thicker, more flavorful crust.

Not the most consistent, not 5 star, just a great local joint with awesome customer service and good ol pizza shop grub. Keep up the great work!

If I could leave any lower of a review than a one star, I would, the food is mediocre not great whoever they have answering the phone is always very mean and should not be allowed anywhere near customer service. I proceeded to call this business at 11:30 when they clearly say open at 11, me and my coworker were counting on this place to pick up our lunch so we decided not to pack for that day, This business decided not to answer the phone even 45 minutes after they said they were open There was no other restaurants anywhere close So we went a whole day with no lunch.I highly do not recommend this place, and I will not be returning just like 90% of their other customer reviews.

Thin crust pizza and super overpriced! Don't recommend. The employees seemed to be bored and annoyed that we ordered food. We've been coming a couple of years and never impressed. We won't order again.

They close at 8 on Thursday...tried to place an order at 6:50 pm. If my math is correct and it is, that's an 1:10 minutes left. Said they had taken their last order and wouldn't take mine. Sad. Trying to give a local place business and they refused it. Not a good business model. Won't bother them again.

Good pizza and subs and as always cold beer to go with the support of local school with helping kids with a job.

It's a Saturday afternoon at Candlewood Lake and we are ready for lunch around 2:30. I call to place our regular order and the guy who answered the phone says "we are not taking any more orders until after 4". What?? No explanation or apologies. Won't give them any of my business going forward. Telling all my friends to order from town and have it delivered. Very poor service.

Oh my goodness, Philomena's Pizzeria is the best pizza place to take your children! I took my two youngest kids here and they immediately fell in love. Their bathrooms, ohhh man they are so clean!! The set up too is just a great set up in general!! Thank you for making my first experience great, I defiantly will be returning with my two oldest kids!!:) (ps. The plain cheese is the best!!)

Their submarine sandwiches are very good and just feels like a pizza place with good food. At least the food I ordered was good.
